"I have to leave from the hospital to catch my flight." Ross said. "I'll be back as soon as I can tomorrow."

"Hurry back." I whispered.

He took my face in his hands and pulled me in for a kiss.

"You gotta go bro, you're gonna miss your flight." Rocky said from behind.

"See you later baby." Ross said. He left the hospital and climbed into a cab.

"Ready to go back to my place?" Rocky smirked.

"Very funny." I said, pushing him playfully.

We got in Rocky's car and drove back to his house.

When we pulled in, Rocky grabbed my bag from the back and led me to the front door. As soon as the door opened there was a loud, "Surprise!"

I gasped and saw Stormie, Mark, Rydel, Riker, Ryland, Ratliff, and my mom standing in the doorway.

I turned to Rocky. "Did you know about this?"

He laughed. "Yeah, it was my job to get you here in one piece."

The only thing that could have made this better, was if Ross was here.

"You guys didn't have to do this." I said. "This is too much."

"Nothing's too much for you! We all missed you. We wanted to do this just for you." Stormie said.

I smiled and hugged Stormie.

"I'm sorry mom, I didn't mean to snap at you." I said, pulling her into a hug.

"It's alright sweetie. It was a lot to throw at you all at once." She said.

"How about we eat?" Stormie cut in. "I made a ton of food."

"I helped too." Rydel laughed.

"I licked the brownie mix off the spoon." Ratliff smiled.

We all followed Stormie to the dinning room and everyone took a seat.

"Here Ashley, I'll help you." Rocky said.

Rocky grabbed a plate and loaded it with food.

"How much do you think I can eat?" I laughed.

Rocky smiled and took a seat next to me.

After we were done eating, I stood to help clear the table.

"Take a seat Ashley. You shouldn't be using your arm." Stormie stopped me from helping.

"I can help. It's the least I can do for what you've done for me." I started.

"No, the least you can do is nothing."

I sat back down slowly and looked at Rocky. He just shrugged.

"I don't wanna do nothing." I objected.

"Then you can go hang out with the boys." Stormie said.

Rydel, Stormie, and my mother got up and went to the kitchen.

"I'm gonna go call Brittany." Ryland said, getting up from the table.

"I'm gonna go see if the girls need help." Ratliff got up and walked into the kitchen.

It was just me, Rocky, and Riker sitting around the table. Mark had gotten up and went out to the porch.

"What do you guys wanna do?" Riker asked.

"Anything but sit here awkwardly." I laughed.

"Well, we can't go swimming, we can't play volleyball, we can't ride bikes. How about a movie?" Riker suggested.
