When I woke up, I was back in the hospital.

"Are you kidding me?" I yelled.

"Ashely, you're awake. Are you alright?" Ross asked. He was sitting beside me in a chair with Rydel, Stormie, Riker, and Rocky leaning against the wall.

"I'm fine. Other than a splitting headache and a reoccurring hospital bed." I said sarcastically.

"Your stab wound needed to be restitched too." Riker added.

I panicked and pulled my shirt up. Sure enough, I had five more stitches.

"Unbelievable." I said under my breath. "What happened? The last thing I remember was the restaurant."

"You went in the bathroom and a group of girls followed you. When they left and you didn't come out, I panicked and went in after you. I found you laying on the floor, passed out and in a pool of blood. I freaked out and called 911." Ross said, tears streaming from his eyes.

"I'm sorry Ross." I started.

"Why are you sorry? You didn't know that would happen. The police found all the girls and they admitted to beating you up. I thought I lost you.." His voice trailed off.

My own voice started to crack. I've done nothing but hurt Ross and cause drama. And of course worked up a hospital bill.

"Ross, please don't cry. I'm fine now." I tried to sound soothing.

"You're not fine. You have a huge gash on your head, more stitches, and a some pretty nasty bruises. Surprisingly you don't have a concussion."

I put my hand on my forehead. "How long have I been out?"

"Almost six hours. It's way past visiting hours but the nurse in charge of your room has a daughter that's a fan, she let us in until you woke up or until our cover was blown."

"When can I finally leave the hospital?"

"After the doctor checks you out one more time and, if all is well, you can check out later this morning."

"What about tour?"

"We leave tonight. If you're still in the hospital though, I'm not leaving."

"I'm gonna need to teach you how to fight." Rocky said, walking up beside me.

"That might have came in handy a little while ago." I joked.

"I don't think you're leaving anyone's sight for quite a while now." Riker said from across the room.

"At least she doesn't have serious internal injuries or anything." Rydel chimed in.

"Ashley, I'm so sorry this happened to you. I wish the fans would just accept it." Stormie said.

I looked at the clock.

"It's almost two in the morning. Why don't you all go back to the bus and I will see you later when I can check out? You all need sleep." I said.

"I'm not leaving." Ross said quickly.

"How about we take watches? Just in case. We don't want you alone without an eye on you." Stormie said.

"I'm taking first watch." Ross said, never moving from my side.

"We'll see you guys later then." Riker said.

They all left the room except for Ross, who hadn't let go of my hand since I'd woken up.

"I'm sorry I made you worry again. I should seriously just go home. I just keep pushing back tour and getting in the way of things. Besides, I must have a pretty big hospital bill by now." I said. I was just tired of it all.
