the girls and I head to Mako Island for some fun. Emma says to Rikki as we surface in the moon pool "You swim like a turtle. what kept you?"
Rikki says "A few more seconds and I would have had you." Emma says "Ha-ha, Please, I beat you easy."
they both look at me and I roll my eyes saying "Please, I could beat you both in my sleep if I wanted to."
Finally Cleo surfaces and says "I'm lodging a protest. you guys cut me off." Rikki says "Cleo, you were so far behind me, I forgot you were even there."
I say "She's not wrong, Cleo." Cleo splashes me and says "Winning isn't everything, you know." Rikki says "And that is why you're fourth. I'll beat you guys on the way back."
Emma says "You'll try. and you better try this time, Maddy." I scoff and say "Fine, you two are so on." we all head out to race each other back.

we grab our juices as I tell the girls "I told you guys I could beat you if I tried." Emma says "Whatever."
Emma turns to Rikki and says "I'm just faster than you. how many times do I have to beat you to prove that?"
Cleo says as we go to our booth "This isn't hot chocolate. this is lukewarm chocolate. they should say "Lukewarm chocolate" on the menu if that's what they're going to serve."
Rikki looks around to check if anyone is watching before using her powers to heat it up. Cleo smiles and says "Thanks, Rikki."
Cleo takes a sip before fanning her mouth and saying "Uh, Ow! Whoa, Rikki, too hot!" Emma smiles and uses her powers to cool it a bit.
Emma says "Try that." Cleo takes a sip, much happier than before. She says "Perfect." I say "That's why I stick with my green juice."
Rikki adds "Also cause you're a health nut." I defend "Hey, you only have one body." Roman and Lewis walk up and Lewis says,
"I'm going to pretend I didn't see that." and kisses Cleo's head. I say "Perfect, I'll pretend you're interesting."
Roman says sitting beside Rikki "I'm not. that was cool. every time." Rikki smiles and leans in closer to my brother while I pretend to gag.
Lewis says "So, Maddy, you mean you're not interested in how Roman and I are going to save you from the full moon tonight?"
Cleo asks "You can do that?" Lewis asks "Maybe." I groan annoyed and say "Get a room, you two. I see it enough from those two. besides every month the full moon hits one of us."
Emma adds "And every month, the crazy stuff happens." Lewis says "Yes, but preparation is nine-tenths of the battle." Roman says "All month, I've been hearing this."
Emma says "No offence, Lewis, but we've already prepared." Rikki says happily "Yep. I've taped up all the curtains in my room, no light can get in."
Cleo says "And I'm going to zip myself up inside my sleeping bag under my bed." Emma adds "And my bedroom's sealed. totally lightproof."
