It was a pleasant day at Camp Half-Blood.

There weren't any clouds in the sky and a gentle, cool breeze ruffled the tree leaves and cooled down the busy campers.

The only sounds were the ones of laughing, leaves rustling, sword fights and people running around, training. Just a normal day.

Until a loud scream disrupted the peaceful environment.

"TRAVIS AND CONNOR STOLL!!!!! THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW!!!!!"

The almost identical Stoll siblings stood up from the breakfast table with identical grins.

"Well, my dear brothers and sisters, this is our cue to leave," Connor said.

"Please pray for our safe return," Travis added, as they stepped over their bench.

Alice Miyazawa, one of their sisters, smiled. "What did you do this time?" she asked.

"You will soon see, Ali," Connor said before he and his brother started running for their lives.

Katie Gardner stormed into the lunch area.

The strange thing was, her normally brown hair was dyed bright, hot pink.

"Where did they go!?" Katie Gardner demanded, her eyes filled with fury.

All children of Hermes pointed her in the right direction.

Without another word, she stormed off, waving a dangerous looking frying pan around.

Demeter was also the goddess of cuisine, it made sense she'd use that kind of weapon.

"Hmm," Julia Feingold, another daughter of Hermes said, "Rapunzel does it better."

"No one can manipulate a frying pan like Rapunzel," Alice said, nodding.

Loud sounds of metal against heads could be heard in the distance.

"Ouch, she got em," Cecil Markowitz said.

The rest of the Demeter children walked in for breakfast. All had an unnatural shade of hair, ranging from sea-green to white to lemon yellow. All seemed to be in a bad mood.

"Whoa," Alice said.

"Yeah," Julia agreed, "the Stolls did a pretty good job."

Pink-haired Katie stormed back into the mess hall, followed by a pair of Stolls with large bumps on their head.

"Go Katie," said orange-haired Miranda Gardiner, daughter of Demeter, proudly.

Katie sat down next to her siblings while the Stolls turned back to their own table.

"You gave them quite a knockout," said Rose Louloudi, whose hair was a deep purple.

Billie NG, a girl of Asian descent who wore gold makeup, seemed more cross that the others. Her hair was bright green.

"They're the worst. I had just dyed my hair blue, and here they come to ruin it," she said, crossing her arms.

"Don't worry about it, you look great in green," Rose said with a smile.

"Why aren't you more upset?" Miranda asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Because there's no point," she said resolutely.

Miranda raised both eyebrows. "Really? You're just gonna let it go?"

"Yes. It's just an idiotic prank. And purple is my favourite colour," Rose added with a bright smile.

"Hey Louloudi."

Rose, who was training her archery skills, turned around.
