Chapter 71

"Quick, Majo, we must take out the weapon."

"Pinky, Fenix, prepare to offer blood!"

"We can't let the poison spread, fast!"

"Trevor!" Marie was about to enter, terrified, to the busy bedroom.

Dracul only had to put her on the ground for her to run in search of her son.

Pinky took form from a pink cloud and stood at the door, her face darkened.

"I'm sorry, Lady Marie, our Master is receiving care right now and his situation is delicate."

"I demand to know what happened!" The dragon roared, next to his wife.

"A powerful poison, Milord" she mentioned, with a respectful tone that they had never heard from any of the girls before "I'm sorry I can't give you more details yet, but it is necessary that you allow us to attend him properly and examine him, to avoid terrible consequences."

"My blood will heal him!" he insisted.

"I'm afraid not, my lord," she said, to the dismay of the Dark Lord, "we have noticed that the anomaly in his body could react if it comes into contact with your blood, we believe that the curse has been designed for that."

"Extract it now!" Nikki ordered. "Fenix!"

The dragon was still narrowing his eyes at the small, pink creature when Marie approached and put a hand on her shoulder:

"Can I trust you with the life of our son?"

The girl was momentarily affected by her gesture, but she recovered:

"Yes, milady."

"Very well," she told to her husband "let's wait, Gabriel."

Fenix had cut her wrist with her claws and placed it on Alucard's lips. He gradually regained consciousness to finish drinking, greedily, like a hungry beast. It took a moment for her to reach the limit.

"Pinky, your turn!"

She disappeared into her pink cloud and reappeared to take the place of her friend. He sank his fangs into the new wrist as Fenix fell to the ground, nearly unconscious and gasping.

"Oh, heavens," Marie exhaled.

"I don't think you want to keep watching this, dear" the dragon's voice came out raspy.

"No, I must keep watching, it is my son who they are saving."

Dracul looked back at the maidens, maneuvering to keep his son alive. But he was never one to stay on the sidelines.
