Kimchi Jjigae.

In Chapter 20 I was really craving kimchi jjigae. like really bad. 

so heres a recipe for you to make your own kimchi jjiage!!!!!!!!

youre going to need.

1 poudn of kimchi cut into bite sized pieces

1/4 cups of the yummy kimchi juices.

a half pound of pork belly 

half a package of tofu 

three of the green onions

an onion. slice it ( one cup.)

2 tablespoons sugar.

1 tablespoon salt (kosher preferably.)

2 teaspoons gochujjaru

1 tablespoon gochujjang

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

and fianllllyyyy

anchovy stock. 2 cups of that stuff

STEP ONEEEEEEE---

put that scrumptious kimchi, kimchi brine, onion, and pork belly into a shallow pot.

TWO!

slice two green onions and place that in there too.

THREE.

 add the sugar, salt, gochujjang, gochujjaru, sesame oil, and  anchovy stock to the pot.

FOUR

cover it with a lid and cook it for ten minutes on medium to high heat.

FIVE

open it and mix it, then lay your tofu on top of the soup, cover it and cook it for another 10-15 mintues on the same heat.

garnish with a chopped green onion and serve with or over some rice while hot.
