"Achoo! Ugh.." She rubs her nose and tiredly looks at the door to see if Sunghoon is coming to see her. A knock on the door and there he is, ready to go to school but he flinches when he sees her awful state.

"Are you feeling sick?" Sunghoon walks towards Iseul and sits on the bed. He places his hand on her forehead also on him too. "You're having a fever. Just stay at home."

"Okay.." Iseul lay down, pulling the comforter over.

Sunghoon closes the door before leaving the house. He's texting someone while waiting for the bus to come. After receiving a reply, he turns off the phone.

Iseul at home is sleeping in her bed but her stomach grumbles causing her to wake up and go to the kitchen to find something to eat. She hates it when she gets sick. Part of her was happy because she didn't need to go to school but when she got sick, she's literally half dying. She takes out a pack of ramen to cook. If Sunghoon finds out she eats ramen when she's sick, he's going to be mad. But she decides to forget about the ramen because she can't even stand in the kitchen for too long.

Mom isn't at home to take care of her. She went out with dad to meet their grandparents. Iseul returns back to her room when someone rings the bell. "Hah.. who's coming when I'm not feeling well?" She walks to the door, opens it to see Jaeyun. "Jaeyun? What are you doing here?"

He shows her the plastic bag. He bought medicine for her and the money he got from Sunghoon. He was shocked to receive a text from Sunghoon.

I want you to go and take care of Iseul.

Huh?

Why?

What?

You don't want to?

Then, I guess I will need to find someone else to take care of my sister.

Oh, is she sick..?

"WAIT— my sister?!? Iseul is Sunghoon's sister..?" It takes time to process the thing he just read.

"You don't know Sunghoon is my twin?" Iseul asks as she places a tray of cookies with drinks for Jaeyun. She sits on the couch, going through the medicine in the plastic. That's a lot of medicine.. Sunghoon must be worried about leaving her alone without their parents so he sent Jaeyun.

"No! How am I supposed to know when you never told me and no one ever talked about it?" He really thought Sunghoon had something with his crush. He never thought he's her brother because they're the same age but why did he never think of them being twins??! So, he's jealous over her own brother?

"That's because I don't want people to know we're siblings."

"Why? Isn't that a good thing? Because Sunghoon is well known at school."

"That's the reason why I don't want to reveal that we're twins. Everyone is gonna come at me and try to be my friend just because I'm his sister. I can't handle all of that. I hate being the centre of attention," She put her legs on the couch, laying down. Now that Jaeyun is here, she doesn't want to go back to her room.

Jaeyun nods, he understands why she said that. He glances at her, realizing now she's not in her school uniform but a pyjama. A pink pyjama with cat print. He never saw her wearing something so casual and also her face without putting any makeup on. Iseul always has been so beautiful and never fails to make him fall in love with her more.
