"There might be a mistake.. haha.. I think I've mistaken you with another Sim Jaeyun" Iseul lies, hoping they will let her go because she's too embarrassed to face them right now.

Jaeyun's face turns serious. "Do you think I'm a fool? I'm the only Sim Jaeyun in this school,"

"It's not good to play with someone's feelings. Do you think my friend is a joke?" Heeseung says that.

No! I'm not playing with someone's feelings, it's really a mistake! Iseul doesn't know what to do, being trapped with two of them and her crush thinks she's not being serious. Should she tell them the truth?

"Actually— I like Lee Heeseung!" Iseul decides to tell the truth. There's no turning back. She's ready to accept her fate from now on.

The two of them look at her before laughing loudly. "Now what? Using my name so that you can run away from this situation? Sorry to break it to you but I already have a girlfriend," Heeseung says, which somehow shattered her hope and feeling within her heart.

What.. but why?

"You had a girlfriend..? Oh.. I don't know that, I'm truly sorry" Her vision becomes blurry because of the tears. Why did Heeseung act like he didn't know her? He waved at her, smiled at her, making eye contacts and yet he still can't recognize her? Did he do all that for nothing? For fun? She's just a stranger? That he easily forgot about.

"What kind of act are you pulling now? I'm tired of you—" Jaeyun is shocked to see Iseul's crying state. He doesn't know if she's acting but why is she crying after knowing Heeseung got a girlfriend? Does she really mean it when she said she likes Heeseung..? His hand reaches out to her but she suddenly runs away from there leaving them.

"Gosh! What's wrong with her? Don't go near him, Jaeyun. She got that player look. I don't want my best friend to get hurt because of someone like her, "Heeseung says without even remembering who Iseul is because he's not someone that will remember a stranger.

It's actually normal for him to be waving at everyone since he's popular in school and has a fun club. He probably thought Iseul was his fan, that's why he's responding to her whenever they meet.

"But.." Jaeyun sighs. He follows Heeseung, going back home.

"I'm not coming to school,"

"WHAT?" Siyeon shouts from the other side.

Iseul pulls the phone away from her. She almost lost her hearing. "I said I'm not coming to school today, bye,"

"Wait—"

Iseul turns off the phone before pulling back the blanket over her head. A knock on the door makes her groan. "Who?!"

"Are you still in bed? Wake up, idiot and go to school!"

"I don't want to!!" Iseul can't and won't let him see her puffy eyes and face because of crying overnight. She's not crying because she got the wrong person, she's crying because his crush has a girlfriend and now she has no chance to be with him!

She really gets her heart broken into pieces. Why does it never end up in a good ending for her? Is it that hard to experience high school love? She feels hopeless again. Love makes her weak.

Jaeyun walks to school, feeling gloomy due to what happened yesterday. By looking at her face, she seemed genuine with her words. It means, she really likes Heeseung. His crush likes his best friend. He doesn't know what to feel.

He could understand why she likes Heeseung. His best friend is a girl's ideal type. He's friendly, easy to be friends with, kind and handsome. He knows he's handsome, Heeseung too.
