WRONG CONFESSION ,, 재윤 ✓

thirty one.

Today is the last day of the final exams. Iseul has waited until today because she doesn't want to disturb Jaeyun. She's going to tell him that she doesn't want to break up with him. She bumps into him before class starts.

"Jaeyun, can we meet after school? I want to tell you something."

"I also want to tell you something too." He wants to tell her that he's going to leave this country tomorrow. He wants to know whether she's fine with it or not because he doesn't want to leave if it's making her sad. It's too sudden that his family asked him to go back to Australia but there's nothing he can do. He always listened to his mother's words.

"Okay! Let's meet in the garden behind the school. And.. goodluck with the last paper." She smiles at him before entering the classroom. She could feel everything is going to go back to normal.

Iseul looks outside the window, looking at the blue sky. The weather is great. "Huh.. please let this class finish faster." I miss Jaeyun.

As soon as the last bell rang, she immediately left the classroom. Jungwon watches Iseul leaving without him. He wants to talk to her but the guiltiness inside him stops him from doing so.

Iseul ran, heading to the garden they decided to meet. Finally, everything is going to end. She will tell him that she loves him and then they will go back as a couple— Iseul stops at her track when she sees something that makes her heart ache. It reminds her of a past memory. Just like how she caught her best friend kissing her crush, the scene in front of her eyes really makes her heart shattered into a million pieces and the thought of going back to normal leaves her mind.

"Oh! Opss.." Aera pretended to be shocked when in fact she had seen Iseul running towards them before she pulled Jaeyun into a kiss.

Jaeyun's eyes widened when he realised Iseul was there. She must have seen it. "I-Iseul.. this isn't what you think it is. I didn't do anything! She suddenly kissed me— Iseul! Iseul!" Jaeyun calls for her name when she turns around and runs, leaving the place. He needs to chase her. He needs to explain it's just a misunderstanding.

Aera grabs his hand, "Where do you think you're going?"

"Let me go!" He pushes Aera till she falls to the ground before leaving to chase Iseul.

Few minutes ago..

Jaeyun waited for Iseul as he looked around the garden. He remembered this is the place where they first talked to each other. When she confessed to him and it turned out the confession was for his best friend. He smiled at himself, remembering the memories of them together. He misses her.

He heard footsteps approaching him. He thought it's Iseul but when he turned around, he saw Aera. "What are you doing here?" He's supposed to meet Iseul here. If Iseul sees him with Aera, she might think of something else.

"Jaeyun, I like you. I want us to be together!" She grabs Jaeyun's hands, holding it tightly but Jaeyun pulls it out from her grip.

"What do you think you're doing?!"

"You had suffered so much.. When are you going to break up with her? I promise you I will never do the same as she did to you. I will love you. I know, you love me too, Jaeyun.."

"You're crazy. If you're not going to leave, I will leave—" Jaeyun was about to turn around when Aera pulled his collar and what she did after that really made his anger boil.

She pressed her lips against his lips and Jaeyun tried to push it away. When he finally did it, he realised it's too late.

"Uh oh.." Aera smiled in victory as she looked behind Jaeyun.
