THE FEELING OF HER lips against his made Kaden feel something entirely different than he'd anticipated.
He'd wanted to kiss her for a while now, he hadn't been able to stop thinking about their almost kiss the other day in her room. So, he was looking forward to that. He just didn't expect it to be then.
The kiss lasted only one second as Sarah only pressed her lips against his. When he didn't react, she pulled back a second later. Her face red, embarrassment coating her cheeks at what she thought was his silent rejection.
She parted her mouth, about to say something which Kaden guessed was an apology. But the only sound that left her was a small surprised gasp when he took a step forward, a hand going to the back of her neck, his fingers tangling themselves in her hair as he tilted her head a little to give him a better access before claiming her lips in a kiss so deep and filled with passion that her knees would've given out if not for his other hand holding her by the waist.
Her eyes immediately shut themselves at the intensity of his mouth on hers after all these years of simply admiring him. She had to place her hands on his bare chest as a futile attempt to hold herself up. She could feel his heart beating fast under the palm of her hand although she was willing to bet it was not as fast as hers.
As their kiss deepened, Sarah felt herself surrender to the magnetic pull between them. Their bodies pressed closer, molding together as if they were meant to fit perfectly. The taste of him was intoxicating, a blend of warmth and desire that sent waves of pleasure coursing through Sarah's veins.
The hand that wasn't in her hair moved up, his touch sending shivers down her spine as fingers traced a delicate path down her neck, causing her skin to tingle with desire.
Every brush of their lips and every caress of their tongues escalated the intensity of their connection, igniting a flame that burned hotter with each passing moment.
They lost themselves in the embrace, consumed by a hunger that could only be satisfied by each other's touch. The world outside that room ceased to exist, their surroundings fading into the background as they immersed themselves in the passion they had discovered and had been waiting to indulge.
His tongue stroked hers, softly at first. But then he tightened the grip his fingers had around her hair, making her moan into the kiss thus opening her mouth a little more which gave him the opportunity to push his tongue deeper inside. He began sucking on her tongue and her eyes rolled at the feeling. She'd never been kissed like that before.
With Topper, it was only pecks. She hadn't known that kisses could be this intense. The sensation between her legs made her press her thighs together as much as she could as she stood. She never wanted this kiss to end.
Kaden made a sound of approval when her own hands slipped in his hair, her fingers playing with the strands. Sarah wondered if he'd forgotten that they both needed to breathe as he continued claiming her mouth in ways she never thought she'd experience.
Then he slowly started to pull away, dragging her lower lip between his teeth as he did so. He opened his eyes at the same time as she did, her lips still in between his teeth. His eyes were slightly darker than usual as he stared right into hers while he softly sucked her lip before he released it entirely.
They stared at each other. Their faces were flushed with a mixture of desire and exhilaration. Sarah's lips, now a light shade of crimson, glistened with the remnants of their shared moment.
Their heavy breaths filled the air, the sound echoing in the space between them, a testament to the raw desire that had consumed them. Both of their hair was tousled, stray strands falling haphazardly across their foreheads, evidence of the fervor with which they had embraced each other.
In that moment, the atmosphere crackled with an electric energy, as if the world around them faded into insignificance. The air itself seemed charged with the undeniable chemistry that existed between them, as if it carried the weight of their unwavering connection.
He dropped the hand that was in tangled her hair to the small of her back and pulled her forward as he leaned closer, his forehead pressing against hers. Sarah smiled at the action, both her arms now around his neck as the two stood in silence, their breaths ragged and their hearts pounding.
"That was the best kiss I've ever had," she muttered, her voice breathy. His lips twitched, "Bottom's not a good kisser?"
"He's not a good anything," she closed her eyes for a second then opened them again. The familiar grey ones dug into hers as she tilted her face to the side to kiss him one more time.
Kaden immediately returned her kiss, his fingers digging in her back, his other hand having moved to her throat, his fingers wrapped around it softly. He groaned into her mouth at the same time as she let out a whimper, her hands moving down his chest.
He broke the kiss, looking down as his breathing picked up when he felt her touch. She stared up at him while his eyes followed the movement of her hand which went lower and lower until she could touch the edge of the towel he had wrapped around his waist.
His fingers clasped around her wrist, stopping her before she could do what she was thinking of. He clenched his jaw and slowly shook his head despite himself. "Let's not rush this," he snapped his eyes back to hers, "don't want you to do anything you might regret later on."
"I won't regret anything I do with you," She was quick to say which made him bite his lip to hide a smile. "You seem so sure of yo—" the rest of his words were cut off by the door of his room slamming open.
The two broke away from each other as if they'd caught fire when they saw Blake standing there. He didn't seem to care about what they were doing. His eyes were wide which alerted Kaden. "We have a problem," he said, his voice coming out just above a whisper as he glanced at Sarah, "like a huge one."
