~Later in the evening, Remnant~

Jaune looked around real estate agencies while the others enjoyed the arcade and other entertaining ventures. He wanted to buy land in Vale, which isn't too difficult if you are looking for one with buildings already. But Jaune did not need a building since he would reuse the blueprint he got in the Dreamscape.

The agent said, "Sir, this is the biggest lot we have here in Vale that meets your requirements."

Jaune observed the land, and it was just right. It was close to establishments. It had massive extra space for a large garden for his Mom and a large yard for the younger ones to have a place to play without any danger.

The agent looked at Jaune and sneered as he was a student. He wouldn't have entertained a child if they didn't have a policy of being welcoming to all clients. They've been looking around different lands since the start of the afternoon. Yet, they kept looking without Jaune being interested in any of them.

Jaune said, "This is perfect. How much for this land? And how long for the handover?"

The agent said, "This land cost 25M Lien. We can do the handover right away."

Jaune nodded as he heard the price and the immediacy of the handover, saying, "Let's head back and get the paperwork done. I'll pay full price."

Shock would be an understatement of the agent's feelings in the agency. He only entertained Jaune because he was a client, and they had a policy. But he never would have thought he would get a lot in return for doing so.

The agent shook Jaune's hand and said, "Thank you for your patronage! If you need anything in the future regarding a property need, you can ask me."

Jaune shook the guy's hand but knew initially that the agent was scornful about showing him different properties. Nonetheless, he didn't care since he would not see the guy again.

In the land he bought, Jaune took out the blueprint and all the materials he needed to build it. He did not have to purchase the materials this time since he had many of them. And he also didn't have to pay for the area's surrounding properties since he bought the land that was bigger than necessary.

Jaune said after the Mansion was built, "I should ask Mom and Dad to move here in Vale. This place is big enough for everyone to live in. Plus, we would have extra space for guests if needed. And more importantly, Saph, Terra, and Adrian can live with us, and I can help care for him. I'll take my role as his father more seriously than before."

Looking at the time, it was pretty late. Calling his parents now was not a good idea as they might be exhausted from caring for the little ones. Thus, Jaune decided to call early in the morning.

Jaune stretched and said, "I'll teleport to the others and see what they're doing."

~Ozpin's Office~

Ozpin was sitting at his desk with Glynda, Ironwood, and Qrow in front of him. He had a serious expression. They headed to the JNPR and RWBY dorms earlier, but no one was there.

Ozpin said, "Any signs of JNPR and RWBY returning? And how about Amber?"

Glynda shook her head, saying, "None. I've asked around, but there were no signs of them."

Ozpin said, "That's strange. The camera's caught them entering their dorms. If they left, it would have been recorded, even if they left through their windows, since there are cameras in the path around Beacon."

He sighed and asked, "Did we at least make any progress with Torchwick and his little friend?"

Ironwood shook his head and replied, "He is refusing to speak. I can tell he is afraid of the person behind the scene. However, his little partner is willing to speak, in a sense, but only to the person that captured her."
