Steve smiled the whole way back to Maddison's house. He'd been planning their Valentines Day for about a month. Everything had to be perfect. It was his first Valentines Day with his girl. Hopefully, it will be the first of a lifetime worth with Maddison. He was even the one that convinced Emilia to get everyone out early. He'd hoped for more like 3PM, Emilia tried her best. But she couldn't manage it, according to Emilia, the plan was 2PM. But, unfortunately, that didn't pan out. Two different patients were late to their appointments, treatments they couldn't miss. Otherwise, she would have rescheduled them.

"Okay, so I figure if you bathe and change Avery, I can pack her overnight bag and make a quick dinner? Then I can take a nap for a little bit and then we can hang out until I leave?" Maddison suggested. Steve just nodded in agreement with her, not wanting to give anything away.

"This actually works out, I had an hour set out to get Avery ready for my mom's, then 2 hours of sleep and 45 minutes with you...well now 90 minutes with you. Even better, I can't believe we got out early." Maddison rambled excitedly. Steve chuckled at how cute she was and how excited she seemed to spend time with him. "Ooh, it would be 2 hours with you if we only take 30 minutes getting Avery ready! Or 30 minutes of extra sleep.." She added in.

Steve let out another quiet laugh, damn his girl was cute. But she kept hiding little yawns from him. He was thankful his plan involved her getting some much needed sleep. Unfortunately not as much as he'd like, but they'd do something more for Valentines day over the weekend.

When the two arrived at Maddison's house, she jumped out of the car to grab Avery, but Steve stopped her. "Hold on, angel." He said calmly.

"But I told you the plan, if we hurry, we can be done in 30 minutes." Maddison said as she attempted to shake out of his grasp.

Steve lifted her up, carrying her into her house. Only when he'd shut the door behind them did he sit her down to take her shoes off. "She's already with your mom. I got her ready before coming to get you, and dinner is already done. So here's the plan, we're going to eat the dinner I made us, then you're going to take a nice relaxing bath to get you good and relaxed before you lay down. I'll wake you up with just enough time to drive you to school that way you can have a snack on the way." He informed her. As much as he liked her plan, it didn't give her enough time to rest before class. His plan gave her 3 hours and 15 minutes to sleep if eating and a bath took an hour. It wasn't ideal, he'd wished she had more time. But at least she'd only be in class until 3AM. He figured she could fall asleep in the car, he'd carry her inside and let her sleep until 7AM. That would give her 45 minutes to have some breakfast and spend time with Avery before she had to head to work.

Maddison just stared up at him in awe. If he could memorize her face at this moment, he happily would. "You did this for me?" She asked quietly, almost as if she couldn't believe it.

"I'd do anything for you." Steve promised. The words were right on the tip of his tongue, begging to be said. The three little words that were bigger than anything else. But he couldn't, he was scared that it was still too soon, that he'd scare her away.

Maddison wrapped her arms around his waist, hugging him tightly. "Thank you, Steve." She said quietly. He happily hugged onto her, laying his head on top of hers. But when he heard her yawn again, he picked his head up. "Come on, Angel. Let's get our Valentines started." He said calmly.

Maddison must not have noticed that he'd decorated her house. There was rose petals leading from the front door to the kitchen table, candles he hasn't yet lit at the table. He also had a huge bouquet of roses, lilies, hydrangeas and orchids. He'd originally thought of a bouquet of roses, traditional and beautiful. But then he thought about it, his girl was anything but ordinary, she deserved a bouquet that wasn't ordinary either. "Steve.." She gasped when she finally saw the house.

Steve just smiled down at her, taking her hand and guiding her towards the kitchen table. He'd made honey garlic chicken, potatoes and green beans in the crock pot. That way it was still hot and ready to eat when the two got back to her house.

By the time the two finished eating, Maddison was hiding yawns. Steve chuckled, assuming she was going to argue taking a nap, like she always did. "Okay, I'm setting up your bath while you finish up." Steve said, darting off before she could argue. He filled the tub with hot hot water, dropping some Epsom salts and a fizzy bath bomb before lighting all the candles he'd surrounded the tub with. He also played relaxing music, Moonlight Sonata, on his phone just loud enough to almost hear. He was hoping it was enough to relax her, he really needed her to get some rest. Lastly, he threw a handful of rose petals into the tub once it was full.

With perfect timing, Maddison stepped into the bathroom. Her mouth dropped open when she saw what Steve had set up. He had a proud smile on his face as he pulled her into his chest, leaning down to kiss her lips softly. "Take a bath, get nice and relaxed and nice and tired. Then you're resting while I pack up dinner and make your lunch for school." He informed her.

"Join me?" Maddison asked, surprising the hell out of Steve. Since New Years, they'd had sex more time than he could count if he tried. No surprise, with his gorgeous girlfriend, he was insatiable. But she was still hesitant being naked around him outside of intimacy. He smiled proudly, kissing her again before stripping his clothes without responding.

Steve laid back behind Maddison, resting her against his chest. His arms wrapped around her soft body, holding her tightly against him. He heard her let out a pleased groan, laying her head back onto his shoulder and closing her eyes. Again, those three words came to mind. But he forced himself to swallow them, hoping his actions told her what he was too afraid to say.

It only took about 20 minutes for the water to start to chill and Maddison to be almost boneless against Steve, fully relaxed and almost asleep. So, he pulled the plug on the tub to let it drain. With an adorable, sleepy groan, Maddison climbed out of the tub and started to dry herself.

Steve lotioned every inch of her while she laid in bed, he knew that could go one of two ways. He'd either get her so relaxed she'd fall asleep, or so horny she'd jump his bones. As good as that sounded, she needed the rest. So every touch he did was innocent, avoiding those gorgeous pierced nipples and that delicious pussy. Luckily, it worked in his favor, she was silently snoring by the time he'd finished her backside. "I love you." He whispered before kissing her temple, covering her up and climbing out of bed.

Steve did exactly as he'd planned, he put the leftovers in the fridge, packed her lunch and cleaned the house while she rested. Once everything was done, he just missed Avery. He loved his time with both of his girls, but with Maddison asleep and Avery at her grandma's he was just alone in this beautiful home of hers. He didn't love the feeling, so he climbed in bed with Maddison, cuddling up to her and letting her rest against him until his alarm for her was set to go off. It may not have been the most traditional Valentines day, but he loved every second of it.
