Saiki looked down at the girl, shock etched onto his face. The familiar deep blue hair draped over her shoulders as Kuboyasu leaned over her unconscious body. It was the girl in his dream. It had to be.

She was pale, a bit frail, but very pretty nonetheless. To the boys surrounding the elevator, she was the equivalent to Sleeping Beauty.

"Is she dead?!" Nendou called down. Kuboyasu didnt answer, he leaned forward, turning his head to put his ear close to her face, probably to hear her breathing.

"She's not dead!" He concluded, then looking at her hand, he noticed she had been holding something... "Hey! She has stuff!" Kuboyasu called out, letting the others know. He held up a note... and about three vials of some odd blue liquid. He held it up to the light and the blue reflected onto his hand like crystal. Putting it into his pocket, he unraveled the note and read it out loud.

She is the last one. EVER.

"..." The gladers silenced themselves, taking in what this note could mean.

'The last one ever..?' Saiki pressed his lips into a thin line.

"EVERYONE OUTTA THE WAY! MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED!!"

Toritsuka interrupted his thoughts, pushing his way through the crowd of boys, getting a front view of the girl in the elevator. He was giddy. "Finally!" He yelled out happily. "My sacrifices worked!"

"NO THEY DIDN'T!" Kaidou yelled out, still salty about what happened between them.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Saiki crossed his arms, clearly unamused.

"Don't you see, Saiki?! Ever since I got here I've been praying and praying that a girl would be sent up the elevator and now she's finally here! She's obviously sent here cus of me!" He yelled out triumphantly. "Now lemme see the sleeping beauty–"

He was cut off by a sharp gasp from the girl, causing Kuboyasu, who was still next to her, to jolt back. The girl sat up, a look of urgency on her face. "Saiki!" She said breathlessly before falling back, eyes rolling to the back of her head. She was out like a light.

"..." All eyes were now on Saiki. And he knew they weren't looks of worry, but of suspicion... and jealousy. 'Good grief...' He sighed.

"No fair, no fair!" Toritsuka grabbed onto Saiki's collar. "How come she said your name?! What about mine?!" He whined.

"..." Saiki had a few guesses as to why she had said his name before entering back into a deep slumber. 'She could remember me...' If the dreams didn't make it obvious that this girl was someone that was a part of his past, then he didn't know what to think. Toritsuka sank to the floor, causing Saiki to roll his eyes. "Get up, you idiot."

"Let me sulk!" the boy replied.

Kuboyasu and some other boys carried the girl to the medical hut, where she would resign, unconscious, for what seemed to be the rest of the night. Saiki had caught up with Kuboyasu later on. "How is she?" He asked, hoping for her to show any signs of movement.

"Still not awake." Kuboyasu replied, shaking his head. "Though she doesn't look injured, we're just gonna wait til she eventually gets up."

"And the things that were in her hand?"

"The liquid or the note?"

"... the liquid."

Kuboyasu shrugged. "We don't really know what it is, but..." He took one of the vials out of his pocket, handing it off to Saiki. "Look at the cap."
