Miles' Pov.
Pagkatapos naming kumain ay agad nila akong tinadtad ng tanong dahil lang sa tinawag kong "love" si Dale na ngayon ay may malaking ngisi sa kanyang lintik na labi.
"Come on! Tell us, may something ba sa inyo na hindi naming alam?" Blaire asked.
"We are not together, walang something sa amin at guni-guni niyo lang ang "love" na iyan. I said "thanks", but I never said "love". Cut the crap and we need to go home now. We still have a fight later." I said dismissively, obviously diverting our nonsense conversation into something more important.
They all glared at me and sighed in defeat.
"What are you smiling at?" nakataas ang kilay na tanong ko sa pangit na peste sa harapan ko.
"Miss you, ulan." Mahinang sagot nito ngunit sapat na para marinig naming lahat. Sinamaan ko lang ito ng tingin at binalik ang atensyon ko sa aking phone.
"What the hell? Hoy! Bakit may pa I miss you?!" Blaire exclaimed.
"Oo nga! May something talaga sa inyo e." Nakapameywang na saad naman ni Keiffer.
Hindi ko sila pinansin at patuloy lamang na kinalikot ang aking phone.
They were about to throw another series of questions when my phone rang. I shook my head first before answering the call.
"What?"
"Wow, ibang klase ka talaga mag hello, Harraine Miles." Vael Hector, my dearest acquaintance sarcastically answered.
I chuckled. "Oh, cut it, Vael. What do you need?" I answered.
"Balita ko nasa Pilipinas kana? You might want to hang out or something?" he hopefully asked.
"Uh, sure, I'll text you when I'm free." I replied.
"YES!" Rinig kong sigaw nito. Napailing naman ako sa inakto nito.
"I'll hang up. See you when I see you, Vael." Nakangiting ani ko.
"Of course." Maikling saad nito bakas rin ang saya sakanyang boses.
After hanging up, I looked up and saw them staring at me like I did a crime.
"What?" I asked.
"YOU LAUGHED!!!" They all exclaimed in unison.
"So?"
"THAT ONLY HAPPENS ONCE IN A BLUE MOON SO WHO WAS THAT?" Blaire asked, again, pointing out her reason.
