Europe 10.000 A.C

It was dusk in the village where Toty was born and it was very cold with the snow starting to fall. Toty's father was the leader of the local tribe and Toty had been born a week ago, and was with his mother, inside a tent made of mammoth skins.

Toty's father had arrived from a cassada and, the whole group had already prepared for the winter that was already starting, Wolves would bring deer, and mammoth hides along with branches to make firewood. Toty's father passed by the wolves he was leading, and some were already around the campfires. Some are smoking the meat that would be eaten in the winter, and some women are using the skin to make winter clothes.

The village was surrounded by small wooden stakes and had twenty tents made of wood, and skins, and a total of seventy wolves, with the village in a slightly elevated place. Toty's father was walking towards the tent where the woman and son were when a wolf approached him, saying that the rival clan of foxes could be plotting an attack. Toty's father put his hand on the wolf's shoulder and told him to stay calm as it seemed unlikely that anyone would attack at the beginning of winter.

- An attack at the beginning of winter? It seems unlikely - said one of the wolves in the group being ironic.

- And better not let your guard down! Said Toty's uncle to his brother with a worried face.

- Those foxes wouldn't stand a chance against us even more so in the winter. - said Toty's father.

- Boss! Said a white wolf approaching toty's father.

- Yes. - said toty's father.

- The foxes are acting very strange they are invading our territory as if they are teasing us, they are getting too close - foxes are being seen as if they are spying on us. - said the white wolf.

Toty's father was thoughtful he didn't know what to do, it was already too much of a problem for him to solve and he was tired.

"We'd better not let our guard down." said the wolf.

Toty's father was thoughtful, and saw that the snow was beginning to fall, and settle on the ground.

- That's a trick, they want to intimidate us and they won't succeed - they won't attack in the middle of this winter
- said toty's father

- Not everyone thinks that! Said the white wolf, and Toty's father noticed that some other wolves seemed agitated, and worried.

The wolves started talking to each other, making a huge fuss, so Toty's father saw that he had to do something to calm things down.

Toty's father went to the center of the village and a huge crowd formed around him.

- Silence! said the wolf

The people were silent, and the wolf began to speak.

- I know that everyone is afraid that the foxes will attack us, but I guarantee it won't happen - it's starting to snow and they won't attack us this winter - they want to intimidate us but they won't, because we are wolves! What kind of wolves are you? Are you afraid of foxes? If they come to attack us, let's show them we're real wolves! Some wolves shouted in chorus.

- We will slaughter them if they attack us - said the alpha wolf, and the wolves began to scream louder in chorus, with some raising their weapons.

Some wolves calmed down, and others looked still worried.

- Now go back to doing what you were doing! Toty's father said, and the wolves went back to doing what they were doing.

- We're going to stay on guard - said Toty's uncle but his father told them to drop their weapons, and go have fun.
