Narrator's Pov

Toty walked through the forest looking for a permanent shelter like a den or cave with the rest of the game he thought he had killed without knowing he was being watched.

The forest was covered in leaves and branches and was still damp and wet.

The people watching Toty moved slowly between the trees, closely following the wolf's steps, without the wolf noticing. One of these observers, a 12-year-old boy, pointed a bow and arrow at him and was about to shoot, but was stopped by another who signaled for him not to shoot.

Another observer signaled that the wolf was going towards the trap without realizing it, while a third member, very furious, held a wooden club in his hand and all he wanted to do was rip the wolf's skin off.

Toty wandered when his ears began to move and his nose began to smell a scent that seemed familiar to him. He just couldn't remember the last time he had smelled that same scent.

Realizing that the wolf seemed to be sniffing, one of the observers signaled for everyone to hide behind the tree trunks and not make any noise.

One of the observers, already impatient and with pure hatred in his eyes, pointed his bow and arrow at the wolf and was about to shoot, even without the group leader's permission.

The group leader took the bow and arrow from the observer's hand and gave him a smack. The leader was giving him a smack with an impatient young man full of resentment.

Toty's ears stopped moving and, thinking that there was no danger, he continued walking without realizing that he was walking straight into a trap.

Toty got close to a huge oak tree and, as he took the first step, passing by the tree trunk, he suddenly felt both of his feet being pulled up and he was upside down with his feet tied up.

"What is this?" Toty said, surprised, seeing his paws trapped in the ropes.

Toty felt an enormous pain as if his paws were going to be broken by the tight rope that tied them.

Toty screamed in pain and tried to use his arms to try to reach the ropes and try to break them, but his arms could not reach the rope.

And Toty, being half a meter from the ground, heard a noise that was coming from behind, but to the wolf's agony, he could not turn around to see what it was.

The observers approached the wolf cautiously while the observer who carried a club was so angry with Toty that he ran closer, wanting to kill the wolf.

Toty heard a noise that seemed to be someone running and Toty glanced back but could not see what it was because he felt something hit him in the head with a crack.

Before becoming unconscious, Toty felt disoriented, his vision becoming distorted and he felt that his head was spinning and he heard some echoes that seemed like people talking. Before his vision completely went out, Toty saw some echoes that seemed to be of people. Taboo could not help his friend at that moment because he saw several men approaching the wolf and they were the same men who had attacked him and killed Toty's father and they seemed furious with the wolf. Taboo saw a young man approach and with great hatred began to kick the unconscious wolf, but the young man was held back by another member of the group. The young man was very angry with the wolf and even cried and tried to get closer to him while a member held him back. Taboo had a flashback and remembered the invader who had his arm destroyed by Toty and that invader seemed to be the father of the boy who wanted to kick the unconscious wolf. Unable to do anything, Taboo saw Toty being pulled from the tree and beginning to be dragged away. Taboo simply followed the group while the wolf was dragged away.
