Athens, Greece 616 BC

"Who are they?"

Paige peeks over the top of her book to see who could have captured my attention. Not many travelers ventured this route, and the two dark haired men walking towards town stood out on the empty road. "I have no idea, but I would love to find out," she giggles.

It was obvious how attractive they were, even while viewing them from a distance. I could only imagine how breathtaking they must look up close.

While watching them stroll side by side, it became clear that they were brothers. Their features were nearly identical, but something about the way the one holding the Lyre carried himself, told me that he was the younger of the two. Despite being slightly taller than the other.

As they approach the bend in the road that will take them out of sight, I turn my attention back the half woven basket in my lap, forcing myself to focus on the feel of the of the reeds in my hands. But I have barely begun plaiting when a strange, electric current moves throughout my body. Like standing outside when Zeus flashes his wrath across the sky.

My gaze is pulled back towards the direction of the visitors and this time I find the brightest green eyes locking with my own, and I gasp, "Oh my Gods."
