The Sister

Alpha Octavius

Breathtaking was an understatement, Adrianna was truly living up to the Goddess title she will one day inherit. She was unearthly how beautiful she looked. I truly didn't deserve her and I know she felt the same about me. We accomplished so much together even when the world was against us. I am so proud of that. And today I will proclaim to the world my love for her.

She gave me a sheepish smile sitting next to me at the very front table. She shed the sheer fabric she wore over the dress a few minutes after we settled down.

"You did wonderful," I reassure.

"It would've been nice to have some kind of heads up," Adrianna mumbles, annoyed.

"It was a spur of the moment kind of thing. I didn't want to wait any longer to declare you as my mate before the pack. I am proud of you. I think it's a great ending to these past two days," I defend and shrug.

She sighed, defeated. "I guess you are right there."

"I know I am." I bury my face in her neck and nip at the mark again making her jump and swat at me.

"Stop that, later."

I pout. "Why does everyone keep telling me that. That I have to wait that long is unfair. I am the Death Alpha."

She only rolls her eyes and shakes her head. I am an impatient man when it comes to her, it's true. I acknowledge it. I am a starved man only for her and her alone. I truly will never tire of her and I know that for a fact.

"I'll be right back," she tells and pecks my lips and leaves me to go see her mom.

I smile seeing how her face lights up when she sees her parents, but that drops when her sister approaches. So this female was my original mate.

"It is an honor to meet you, Alpha Octavius," Melody bows quickly.

"Melody was it," I ask.

She stiffens. "Yes," she responds with bared teeth.

"What can I do for you, Princess Melody?"

She bats her lashes and looks at me through them. "I like when you say my name, my wolf purrs in your presence."

"What a pity, as you can see I am no longer on the market. I am your sister's mate and you won't be stealing me from her. How ironic though, you could've had me if you didn't steal away her original mate," I state as I swirl the red liquid in my wine glass.

She didn't like that response, she bares her canines. "Are you denying a princess."

"I guess I am, but we are on an even playing field here because I am your sister's mate. Aren't I technically the prince consort now? The future God of the Dead?"

By now Adrianna saw this interaction and broke away from her Mom and came back to the table. She rounds the table and steals another kiss from me before sitting. I can't help the smirk that spreads on my face. Adrianna was being jealous and possessive. I love it.

"How can we help you, Melody," Adrianna asks, annoyed.

"She was just leaving, isn't that right," I threaten.

She huffs annoyed and turns on her heel heading towards her unknowing mate. She places her hand on top of mine and squeezing hard.

"I know she tired to steal you away from me," she says softly.

I nod. "Yet, here I am. We've been through too much. I won't throw that away for a fling."

"I know, I strongly dislike my sister."

"You can hate your sister, it is okay to feel that emotion after everything she has done. You are entitled to feel that way. We can kill her if you want," I tease.

She hits my chest playfully.

"What? We are the Alpha and Luna of the Death Pack, we can commit such crimes."

Luna Adrianna

The party came to a close some time during the late evening. Octavius led me back to our bedroom where it was lit by candles and heavenly scents. With a soft lock we were finally alone and could spend our night together officially as a mated couple. I place my heavy crown down on the dresser and he follows suite. I should probably get use to the weight as I will be wearing it often.

"Can you," I ask and direct to my zipper.

He smiles darkly and unzips the dress quickly. I turn to face him, my hands landing on his cheeks as I lean into kiss him, the dress pooling at my feet. His hands roam my body until they encircle my ribs. I step out of the dress as he leads us to the bed, barely breaking the kiss or stopping to breath.

My fingers fumble with his dress shirt and I make my way to the belt buckle.

"Gods, I am so lucky," he confesses as his lips draw down my jaw to the hollow of my neck.

The back of my legs bump into the bed. Octavius quickly discards the rest of his clothes and joins me on the bed. I don't think I will ever get tired of ogling that body of his. His eyes roam my body as I lay beneath him.

"You are so beautiful," he whispers against my skin as he kisses down my body. "May I?"

I nod quickly and watch him remove my underwear and toss them aside. He follows, discarding his own. I jump feeling his cold thumb circling around my clit. My eyes shut as a let out a soft moan. My hands already searching for his hair so I can drag my fingers through it.

"Octavius," I moan when he grips behind my knees and sets them on his hips. "Impatient," I tease.

"Very, no one will interrupt us tonight. They know better," he growls out.

My mouth opens but no sound emits when I feel him enter in a swift and harsh thrust. My body arches off the plush surface of the bed when his rhythm doesn't slacken. His hands wrap around my waist as he continues his forceful thrusts.

Gods only know how this man makes me feel.

My legs tighten around his hips as I practically beg for more. I need more friction, I can feel my high coming. That knot coming close to coming undone in my stomach. I was at his mercy and I was a puddle of pleasure. His harsh breathing filled my ears as he became more erratic, losing complete control.

"Octavius," I cry feeling my climax slam into me.

He followed shortly after, riding both of our climaxes until we were both out of breath and laying in each other's arms. I smiled at my mate, glad this was the rest of our eternity. Happy we found one another, happy it was him I'd be with. Finally at peace and no longer having to worry about losing one another. We were finally content with the life we were making.
