Jack: Hi Rusty. Are you able to come over today or are you still grounded...?

Rusty: Uh...I'll go ask my Mum...

"H-Hey Mum? Jack is wondering if I can come over...." He asks nervously. "Well, it depends... Did you do your chores? Cleans your room? Wash the dishes? Take out the trash?" She asks repeatedly. Rusty nods to every question. "Ok, I'll allow it, you can go see Jack today"

"YES" He shouts, throwing his hands in the air. "Dusty, c'mon! We're going to LuLu's house!" She yells across the room. Dusty runs out of her room with a big smile. "Digger, you comi'n?" Digger looks at her from the kitchen table. "Uh....fine..." He groans.

Rusty: Jack I can come over!!!

Jack: Yay! I'll cya soon!

The four get in the car and drive off to Jack's. Dusty sits in her seat, looking out of the windows. She watches as the birds fly by. She was excited to see one of her only friends, Lulu. Digger sits in the front seat next to his mum, he woke up late and is still tired. His mum wants some time to herself, so she decides to bring all three

After a short car ride, they arrive at Jack's house. They all get out of the car and start to walk towards Jack's front door. "I'll pick you guys up at lunch! Have fun, you three!" She waves as she drives off. Dusty hops on Jack's stepping stones as she makes her way to the house. Rusty stares at the tree they used to play cricket near.

Rusty walks up to Jack's doorstep and rings the doorbell. Jack's Mum opens the door. "Oh, hello Rusty, Dusty, And Digger" She says nicely. "Hello, Mrs. Russel!" Rusty responds politely. "Jack's in the living room with Bluey and Mackenzie" She tells them.

They walk into the house and down the hall until they reach the living room. Jack was talking to Mackenzie on the couch, while Bluey was on the floor watching whatever was on TV. "Rusty!" Jack runs up to him and gives a big hug. "Hey, Jack!" Rusty chuckles, hugging back. Jack lets go of the hug. "Hello Dusty! Hi Digger!" Jack says happily. Dusty waves at him with a smile. Rusty follows Jack into the living room. "Hi Rusty!" Bluey cheers. "Hey, mate!" Mackenzie greets from the chouch.

"Where's Lulu?" Dusty asks curiously. "She's just in her room" Jack explains. He points down the hall to a door. Dusty walks over to it, knocks, and Lulu lets her in. "What do you want to do?" Jack asks the group. Mackenzie was rummaging through Jack's video game collection. "No way you have K-9 Kart!?" Mackenzie shouts excitedly, staring at the game case. "Yeah! Wanna play?" Jack asks. "Of course!" Mackenzie responds.

While Mackenzie races Bluey in K-9 Kart Rusty and Jack talk on the couch, and Digger lays on the floor staring up at his phone. "I'm gonna beat you!" Bluey shouts to Mackenzie. "I'll be right back" Jack walks into the kitchen and comes back with a bowl of popcorn. Jack sets it in between him and Rusty. They snack on the popcorn as they watch Mackenzie and Bluey play their game. "YES!" Mackenzie shouts, jumping up in the air. "Yaaaay....You won..." Bluey says sarcastically. "Boooo!" Jack laughs. "Rematch Rematch!" Bluey chants.

Rusty sticks his hand in the bowl to grab more popcorn. Jack wasn't paying attention, he puts his hand in the bowl, not realizing Rusty's hand was already in it. Jack's hand touches Rusty's. Rusty's face turns a bright red. He's too scared to look at Jack. Jack looks at his hand and then looks at Rusty. "Uh...heh...S-Sorry..." Jack takes his hand off of Rusty's. . "I-It's Ok......." Rusty responds anxiously. The tingly feeling returns again.

"HAHA, I BEAT YOU!" Bluey shouts as she jumps up and starts doing her victory dance."Dammit..." Mackenzie sighs. Lulu walks out of her room with Dusty, Dusty stares at what they were playing on TV. "YOUR PLAYING K-9 KART!?" Dusty screams in disbelief. Lulu pushes storms over to Mackenzie and pushes him to the ground, and takes his place on the floor. "Ok, you're on!" Bluey shouts to Lulu. Jack doesn't say another word to Rusty as they race.

"Hah! I won again!" Bluey shouts victoriously. "Ok, you won..." Lulu says softly. "Digger want to race me?" Dusty asks her brother. "Uh, yeah, sure" He answered, ungluing his eyes from his phone. He sits next to Dusty in front of the TV. "You're so done for. I'm not gonna lose to some ten year old" Digger says as he cracks his knuckles. "I'm ten and a half!" Dusty squeals angirly. They begin the race.

Digger is in the lead. "Hah! I'm in the lead! Told you I'd win!" Digger shouts at her. "Not for long...." Dusty smiles. She gets a rocket launcher power up. She goes from fourth place to first. "WHAT!? HOW!?" Digger yells in disbelief. "Ha! Look who's winning now! Don't be such a sore looser, Digger!" Dusty shouts as she passes the finish line. "Ugh...Good game..." Digger sighs as they shake hands.

"Rusty! Dusty! Digger! Your Mum's here!" Jack's Mum yells through the house. Digger and Dusty get up from the floor. "Bye Lulu!" Dusty gives uer a hug before hopping towards the door."Oh, B-Bye Jack, Bye Mackenzie! Bye Bluey" Rusty says as he stands up. He leaves the house and gets into their mum's car.

"Hey kids! Did ya have fun?" Thier Mum asks enthusiasticly from the front seat. "Yeah! I beat Digger in K-9 Kart!" Dusty shouts happily. Digger rolls his eyes and looks back at his phone. "What about you, Rusty?" She says as she starts up the car. Rusty doesn't answer he just stares at the sky, thinking. "Rusty?" She asks again. "Hm? Oh yeah, yeah" He says, unsure of what she asked. The whole ride home Rusty is completely silent, and Dusty notices his strange behavior. "Are you okay?" She whispers in his ear. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine.." He whispers back. "You sure? You seem to be thinking really hard about something....or someone...." A mischievous smile grows on Dusty's face. Rusty face turns red. "I don't!" Rusty shouts, turning to her. "I think you have a cruuush!" She whispers in his ear. "Sh-Shut up!" Rusty says shyly. "That's enough arguing back there!" Their Mum shouts, they make it back home.

"Rusty's got another girlfriend. Rusty's got a girlfriend!" Dusty chants. "You're so annoying!" Rusty says nervously. They all walk into the house and get ready for school tomorrow.
