Sumi had been right about two things

Sumi had been right about two things. One: Dahae had rejected the offer. Two: getting into the club was easier than getting onto the school campus.

Yunji inhaled a sharp breath, the hot and sweaty air invading her lungs. The partying was already in full swing- the whole club filled to the brim with people. Most of them were college students, and some seemed Yunji's age.

The girl felt a tug at her arm, and she turned to find Sumi smiling at her. The latter began speaking, and Yunji's brows furrowed.

"I can't hear you!" She half-yelled, barely able to even hear herself over the loud music.

Sumi then stepped forward, nearly pressing her lips against Yunji's ear. "The guys got us a table. Let's go have some drinks."

Once Sumi pulled away, Yunji signaled an ok with her hand, and the two began making their way through the crowd. Eventually, after much shoving and pushing, they arrived at one of the many booths off to the side. In it already sat around 5 people, all Sumi's middle school friends. Yunji had been nervous to meet all these new people, but they were all nice. In total, it was 4 boys and 1 girl.

"You guys are finally here!" Chaehyun called out brightly. "So you are doing shots, or nah?"

"What do you take me for?" Sumi beamed, and the group laughed. She then turned towards Yunji "And you?"

"I'll just have a mimosa for now. We'll see about it later." Yunji chuckled, and Sumi pulled her to sit at the booth with her.

The two hours were spent talking, laughing, and of course, drinking. Despite not having planned to drink anything but the mimosa, Yunji found herself doing about 3 love shots with the people at the table and had chugged down at least 2 mimosas and a sex on the beach. She was gone, to say the least, laughing at anything and everything, and flailing her arms around like a toddler.

"Sumi-ah" Yunji exclaimed drunkenly to her friend who was leaning over the table. Sumi didn't respond and Yunji frowned.

"Sumi!" Yunji shook the other violently, and Sumi shot up.

"What???" She yelled out in a panic, and Yunji giggled.

"I'm going to dance." She declared, and Sumi rolled her eyes.

"Okay babes, didn't need to wake me up for that. Wait- is that guy handing out joints? Yunji, let's go get one!"

But Yunji wasn't listening, already up on her feet and on her way to the dance floor.

For being so intoxicated, she was light and balanced, only the occasional stumble interrupting her confident strut. By now the club was emptier, but no less lively.

Yunji arrived at the center of the dance floor, unaware of the many preying eyes watching her every move. She had taken Sumi's advice a little too literally, having dressed in her shortest and sexiest outfit- a pink mini-dress, covered in silver-accented sparkles. She'd paired it with a simple silver necklace, matching earrings, and bracelets, as well as white high heels, that had little star charms where the heels supported her ankles.
