Life is strict and organized for Han Yunji. She's an example, an idol, someone of high value in her line of study. The only disruption? Park Jisung. But of course, that wasn't much of a bother, as she continued on with...

Wednesday brought about pleasant weather, with a cloudless sky, and a warm sun. Although the post-winter chill remained in the calm gusts of wind, the higher temperature invited large crowds of residents to enjoy the outdoors. As such, Yunji had to shove her way past double the usual amount of people on the subway and bus as she traveled to her destination. After a long commute, the girl came to a halt in front of a large skyscraper in central Seoul.
For the first time since the morning, Yunji felt... nervous. It was an inexplicable sensation, considering that she was usually very level-headed and only experienced anxiety whenever her dancing skills were put to the test. However, despite knowing that her presence at the television tower did not involve her putting on pointe shoes, her heart still beat at an unsteady rhythm and a chill stuck to her spine.
She and Jisung had been informed of the pre-show interviews on short notice. With their laborous amounts of practice in preparation for their opening act, her mind had been far too occupied to process what the interviews entailed.
It would be her first time on television for anything other than a practiced ballet routine. She'd have to personally face a close-up camera and appear in front of an audience of thousands. And although Yunji had always been confident in her physical appearance, that thought struck an unusual nerve.
With her priorities elsewhere, Yunji had never thought much of her appearance. She'd never bothered with makeup or trendy clothes. What if the netizens considered her unattractive despite the effort she'd put into her hair and makeup? What if they thought she was unstylish in her brand-new cream off-shoulder sweater and checkered brown skirt?
Thoughts of doubt echoed in Yunji's mind as she inhaled and exhaled robotically whilst staring at the humungous building ahead of her. However, as she was stuck in her mental dilemma, her vision was suddenly blocked by a familiar face.
"So much so for not wanting to come together. Look at you standing out here waiting for me."
Yunji flinched backward, caught off guard by Jisung's sudden appearance. He'd tilted his head just enough so that they were on the same eye level, yet his usual smirk was absent and gave way to a slight frown.
"I wasn't," Yunji retorted confidently, pretending as if she hadn't been startled. She watched as Jisung assessed her, his eyes sliding from her face down her body and up meet hers again. "What are you staring at?"
"Nothing," He proclaimed, straightening up whilst clearing his throat. Yunji, however, didn't miss the slight look of bewilderment present in his eyes. But just as quickly as she'd spotted it, it was gone, replaced by a smug grin. "You nervous, princess?"
"I am not," Yunji negated, tilting her chin up pridefully.
His grin deepened. "Ahh, so you were waiting for me then?"
"As if," Yunji rolled her eyes, and brushed past him. Jisung curtly fell in step with her and they began approaching the building's entrance.
"So what's up with the hair and makeup?" He questioned, his hands assuming a relaxed position shoved in the pockets of his baggy jeans.
