Axel looked up as he noticed a figure in his room.

"Gabriel," Axel said, standing up quickly.

"Hey, kiddo," Gabriel greeted, giving him a warm smile, "I need you to come back to heaven. I'll meet you at the portal."

"Yes, sir."

Axel opened his eyes, realizing Gabriel entered his dream. He stood up, grabbing his bow. Then he made his way to the portal. There Gabriel was waiting as he said he would.

"What's happening," Axel asked.

"A meeting with Chuck and the other angels," Gabriel said, his tone of voice unusually serious, "Word of advice, if you're gonna say something make sure it counts. You're entering a trial."

"Thanks."

Gabriel led him to the room and took his seat next to Sam.

Dean and Sam were allowed into these meetings because they lived on earth prior to becoming angels. This gave them a better view of what's best for humankind.

Axel stood in front of the angels, Amara, and Chuck, bracing himself for backlash.

"Axel Morningstar, you were assigned with the duty of protecting the individual, Niklaus Mikaelson, correct," Chuck asked.

"Yes, sir," Axel said.

"During such events were there accounts of aggression displayed towards this individual," Chuck asked.

Axel took a deep breath, recalling certain threats he made.

"Only empty threats..."

"I need a yes or a no," Chuck said.

"Yes, sir," Axel said.

"Did you at any time physically harm this individual," Chuck asked.

Axel recalled shooting Klaus with an arrow on accident.

"Yes, sir," Axel said.

"Did you at any time display angelic aggression," Chuck asked.

"May I have an explanation," Axel asked.

"Of course. By angelic aggression I mean, using your powers to intimidate or harm him," Chuck said.

Axel recalled making the lights flicker when he was stabbed with his angel blade.

"Yes, sir," Axel said.

"Do you have any form of remorse for these actions," Chuck asked.

"Yes, I do," Axel said.

"The meeting is free for more questioning," Chuck said.

"I would like to question Axel Morningstar," Zachariah said, standing up, "Axel Morningstar, did you break any rules laid out for the use of angelic beings?"

"May I have an explanation," Axel asked.

"Sure, why not," Zachariah said, "Did you show physical affection to other angelic beings while on duty?"

Axel noticed Lucifer narrow his eyes at Zachariah.

"Yes, I did," Axel said.

"Did you have an emotional meltdown that would have caused an earthly catastrophe," Zachariah asked.
