Chapter 09: Suited Back Up.

Back at the Blood Dragon cabin, Valerie, and Drake returned after changing into the outfits they were wearing when they last stopped Dr. Oswald. While that was happening, Ject took a look at the news on TV.

"Breaking News, a bunch of police cars returned to the Old Bridge police station as the lieutenant survived, while most of his officers had there blood drained," the reporter announced, while standing near an ambulance truck. "The dead officers are on their way to the town morgue, but the lieutenant had this to say."

"There were 5 of them," the lieutenant explained. "4 robotic like vampire men, and 1 robotic like vampire female as they drained my cadets, until they were skin, and bones. All humans are to remain locked indoors, until these maniacs are stopped." Images of the vampdroids that attacked the police appeared on the screen, while also revealing how much their capture was worth. "In spite of this, the police say that the bloodsuckers are still at large," the reporter said.

Ject turned off the TV, and caused him to wonder how he was going to stop 5 vampdroids at the same time, when it was going to be just himself, and his parents while he was facing off against two old enemies. "We'll make sure those vampdroids won't suck the blood of anyone else," Valerie said. "We've defeated my psychotic uncle before, and you have defeated that Leb stranger when saving that western town you told us about. Same results will come once we face that group of new vampdroids."

Just then, someone knocked on the door, signaling Drake to answer it, while Valerie was comforting her son from worrying. On the other side of the door, was Cameron, and Harper who were standing in the rain with umbrella's in their hands. "Mr. Jordan, what an unexpected surprise," Valerie said. "Yeah, I usually hate coming to your vampire family home, mostly because it's in my nature to kill them," Cameron commented. "He's drunk again," Harper explained while he was holding the door. "That's why he's saying this stuff to you, while standing out here in the middle of the rain."
