"And I thought whisperdales were annoying!" Zaxl commented.
"Harpies are even worse, as you can see," I cringe
"I want to murder them!" yelled out Jethro.
"Now now, let's not murder them," Zaxl warned.
"And why the hell not?" Jethro scoffed.
"They're just curious," he explained.
"So what?"
"They will give the jar back once they realize it's worthless to them.
"I hope so," I cringed.
"We need to offer something to them that they cannot resist."
Like what?" Jethro asked.
"Like teaching them how to heal. Harpies are easily one of the most magical creatures.
"Why should we teach them anything?" I asked.
"Because, then, they might give us the jar."
"Fair enough, let's go!" I commanded.
"We all followed the foul scent of the harpies and found them trying to break open the jar.
"Stop, you have no idea how powerful Maelfor is!"
"Oh, we know, how do you think we located you guys so easily?"
"You mean all of this was planned?" Jethro asked annoyed.
"That is correct.
"Sincerely, screw you guys!" I cried out.
"We are all girls, but go ahead and prove that humans don't give a crap about anyone but themselves."
"I hate you all," Jethro yelled.
"We hate you too, Jethro!," the ginger harpy snickered.
"I have had enough of this!" yelled out Zaxl before attacking the harpies with Blazeburn. They swarmed around him and clawed at his skin but Zaxl was faster, smarter. Soon, there was only the ginger harpy.
"Please don't kill me! I only took the jar because everyone else did," she whined.
"Why do you they want the jar so damn badly?"
"They were trying to free Maelfor," she admitted.
"We won't kill you but you have to join our adventure. Deal?" Zaxl asked.
"Deal."
