Jethro woke up looking paler than usual. I mean he looked like a corpse.

"Are you okay?" Zaxl hesitantly asked.

"Never better, why?"

"You have puncture marks in your neck, Jethro,

At this, he flew into a rage and searched for the pale woman. She was in the kitchen cooking us breakfast. Scrambled eggs and white wine were laid out in front of us.

"You bitch!" Jethro roared.

"Excuse me?" she asked in shock.

"You bit me in my sleep!"

"Did I now?" she feigned shock.

"Yes, and now I'm going to turn into a what do you call it?"

"A vampire, sweetie," she grinned from ear to ear.

"What if I don't want to become one?" he asked pleading for her to turn him back.

"You can be turned human again by a mage I know but he's sorta crazy.

"Crazy how?" I asked.

"He often talks to himself and people who aren't there.

"He's just lonely," Jethro offered an explanation,

"Whatever it is, you have three days or seventy-two hours before the effects become permanent," she explained.

"Zaxl, use your healing spell on me, that should help a bit," Jethro begged.

"It won't help with vampirism I'm afraid," he explained.

"Who is this bloody mage?" Jethro asked.

"His name is Fallur the Mad," she answered.

"Cool, now let's go!" he rushed out the cabin clearly pissed off. I don't blame him though, I would be mad too.

Walking on the grass outside, Yuna chose to appear in the form of a fox. Jethro tried ignoring her but it was easier said than done.

"WHAT?!" he shouted.

"I just wanted to say that I am truly sorry for abandoning you on this journey," she spoke in a gentle and soothing voice like she always does.

"You can make it up by teleporting us to the bloody mage how about that?"

"That's no adventure now, is it?" she cheekily asked.

"I suppose not but I have a time limit!" he yelled.

"You'll make it, I promise."

"This is such BS," he grumbled.

"That's life," she replied and vanished.

"So, where do we go first?" I asked.

"Mount Dominai to the west," Zaxl said, gesturing westward.

"How do you know that mountain?" Jethro asked.

"Draulter legend mostly," he spoke and flashed a toothy smile.

"Oh great, we're going to be screwed again!" Jethro whined.

"I'm this close to sealing your lips again," he warned.

"No, don't! Please!" he begged.

"Then shut up and keep walking," he warned.

"Fine, I will," he grumbled.

Jethro was silent until Zaxl brought up Stella.

"You think Stella is okay?" Zaxl asked the both of us.

"She can turn invisible, nothing can harm her," I explained.

"True true," I just worry about her," he frowned.

"Don't, she's safe," Jethro calmed Z down.

"I only hope the others haven't tried to cook her," Zaxl shuddered.

"They didn't, trust me." Jethro calmly replied.

"Thank you for calming me down. When you're not yelling you're actually quite pleasant to be around.

"Gee, thanks..." Jethro muttered.

"I just hate that you yell so much," Zaxl explained.

"I understand and I'm sorry if I upset you," I hugged him.

"Did you just hug me?" he asked in shock.

"Hells yeah I did!" he exclaimed.

"Then let me return the favor," he said breaking every bone in his body with his python hug.

"Too tight!" Jethro gasped in pain.

"Sorry, I forget my strength sometimes," he said with a sheepish smile.

"Guys, you might wanna see this," Arthur whispered. He pointed to a dragon nest with giant baby dragons. They were cute but they'd just as likely bite your face off.

"We need to tread carefully," he whispered.

"Let's slide down on three okay?" I said raising my volume.

"Okay," Jethro and Zaxl nodded.

"One."

"Two." we got ready then.

"Three!" We slid off the hill and landed twenty feet behind the eggs and the little dragon newboorns.

"That was surprisingly easy," Jethro whispered.

"We're not out of this yet," I whispered back.

"Rats, well then, let's move faster!" Jethro yelled.

"You promised to stop yelling my guy," Zaxl hissed.

The dragon went to high-alert mode then and wrapped its eggs in a vicelike grip..

"Jethro, turn invisible please," I begged.

"Fine," he whispered and chanted Invisibilia Tangria. He turned invisible and the dragon went back to rest.

"Hey, let's steal her eggs," he whispered.

"No, are you bloody mad?" Zaxl hissed.

"Maybe I am, let's do this!" he shouted and ran straight for the eggs.
