As someone who has been through gang shootings, fights, drugs and more Aelia never got anxious anymore. She has been taking the brunt of things since she was young to protect Fiona, even though that didn't turn out how she planned. After years of hiding how she was feeling and stopping her anxiety for years now, it was concerning when she woke up and felt a pit of anxiety for the first time in years settle in her stomach

As she sat at the table eating eggs with toast she couldn't help but look over at her siblings to make sure none of them were hurt. "So what are your plans for today?" she asked taking a sip of coffee

"I got practice"

"I got debate after school"

Carl and Debbie told their older sister. Aelia nodded and looked at Lip, Ian, Liam and Elena "I'm working the night shift today" Elena told her grabbing another cup of coffee before sitting down next to Liam "I have my job interview at 4 today" Lip informed his sister with a smile "I'm taking Liam out to the movies for some brother bonding" Ian told them running a hand through his red hair

Aelia smiled at the brotherly bond "Alright, just text me when you get to those places" Everyone nodded and went back to eating not noticing the worried look on Aelia face

Since Elena didn't have to work until 6 PM she took the kids to school allowing Aelia to get to work early "Hey" she greeted, George and Meredith ignoring Izzie "Hey, you're here early" Aelia nodded fixing her shoulder bag "Yeah, Elena is working the night shift so she took the kids to school"

The two nodded in understanding while Lizzie silently scoffs under her breath not wanting to be heard. She has already gotten lectures from the Chief, Bailey, George, Meredith, Alex and Cristina, since she was vocal about her dislike for Aelia for raising her siblings she's been kicked off 5 doctors services which including Shepherd service as well

"Yikes, wouldn't want to meet you in a dark alley" Meredith commented as the group watched Cristina pull up on her motorcycle

"Right back at you"

Alex stopped in front of the ground, he was dressed in sweats and a shirt, sweat running down his head "You run?" Izzie asked, surprised. "Everyday" He answered walking by Aelia's side "Alex you went home around midnight, how do you have so much energy this early?" Aelia asked

"No idea, guess I have good stamina" Aelia snorted in amusement while the others looked at the two, Mer and Chris with smiles and Izzie and George glares of jealousy "Oh yeah? You should tell that to Elena" she sings making Alex blush a little

"You little..." Alex goes to grab her but Aelia shoots off running "Get back here!" Alex yelled, chasing after her. Meredith and Cristina shared looks and laughed softly at their little Cato while George huffed glaring at Alex and Izzie glares at Aelia

Aelia was in an exam room with George examining a toddler who had a twitching leg "Hi there, Jamie. I'm Aelia and this is George" Aelia smiled at the little girl "Now can you show me your mouth, like you're a lion?" Aelia demonstrated opening her mouth "Ahhh, just like that"

Jamie opened her mouth letting Aelia examine her throat as George talked to the parents, who often looked at her to appreciate her kindness to their daughter "And how long ago did you notice her foot twitching?"

"My foot!" The little girl babbled as her foot started twitching again

"About three months ago?" George continued smiling at Aelia who playfully bopped the little girl's nose "Just a little, we took her to the county hospital. She got a CT scan, which showed her..." The mother trailed off not knowing what it was called
