Aelia brushed Andrew's hair back as she fed him his bottle. He is 6 months old now, Aelia couldn't believe she's already had him for 6 months "Ali?" She turned to see her siblings walking into the kitchen still in their PJ's

None of them had school today, for election day "Morning guys" She smiled softly at them, watching as they sat around the table. It's been two weeks since the bomb accident, which she had off to heal

She spent every moment with her kids. Her kids. That moment when the bomb went off, the only thing on her mind was that she was never going to see her kids again, Andrew will grow up hearing stories about her but not know her. Her kids were going to mourn her

She will be forever grateful to Dylan and God that she made it out of there alive "You ready for your first day back?" Lip asked taking his baby brother from Aelia. Aelia nodded running a hand through her hair, she was cleared to work and had her stitches taken out

"Yeah, I already know Bailey will most likely put me on light duty" She told her kids taking her seat to eat "What are your guys plans for today?" She asked taking some fruit, she wasn't that hungry this morning

Debbie perked up "We're going to the zoo" she said excitedly. Aelia smiled looking at her eldest children who shrugged "We wanted to do something even Andrew would enjoy" Ian told her taking a sip of his coffee

Aelia nodded though her heart couldn't help how her heart fluttered. God she loved how her oldest kids would spend their times hanging out with their little siblings even though they could be doing anything else "Here" Aelia got up, moving to her purse "Take some money, I heard zoo food isn't that good. Go out after" She pulled her debit card out handing it to Lip

"It's no problem" Aelia waved them off, looking at the time "Alright I gotta get going. Enjoy your day" She kissed everyone head "Send me pictures"

She was familiar with them, she was good around them. While George was her friend, they didn't really hug. Aelia meet Meredith eyes silently begging her to get George off her

Meredith nodded "Come on George, we want to hug her too" She said pulling the man off before gently hugging Aelia "Your welcome" Meredith muttered before going to her lockers. Aelia smiled hugging Cristina than Alex

He grabbed the clothes Aelia held out to him, handing her his bag "What are the kids doing today?" He asked pulling off his shirt, tossing it into the locker "The Zoo" Aelia told him with a smile, pulling her hair into a ponytail

Alex hummed, pulling on his scrub pants "How much you want to bet Carl's favorite animal is going to be the Lions" He suggested. Meredith who was next to them laughed, shaking her head "Aelia would be stupid to take that bet. Of course his favorite would be the terrifying Lion"

"So true," Cristina agreed. Aelia motioned to the girls with a smirk making Alex raise his hands "Okay, fair point" The four of them laughed and left the locker room leaving George and Izzie behind
