Meredith, Cristian and George were at Joe bar drinking "So what did you say?" George asked after Meredith told them Derek didn't sign the papers and he confronted her after their surgery together "I told him to sign the papers or not. If he does sign them, I'll be here and he can join but if he doesn't then we're done. For good"

Cristian looked at one of her people before throwing an arm over her shoulder "Aelia would be proud of you" Cristian smiled making Meredith laugh. She's proud of herself. Aelia was right, Derek was the one screwed her over, she doesn't need to pine over him forever

Everyone was in Elena's room sleeping as none of them wanted to leave her alone. The nurses brought in a bed so Carl and Debbie were sleeping on the bed with Andrew in the middle of them, as Ian and Lip took the sofa and Aelia and Alex on the chair. Suddenly beeping was heard making Aelia and Alex wake up with a start

The two looked at Elena "She's okay?" Alex looked at the monitor's before the beeping started again "Crap our pagers" Aelia quickly pulled hers out of her bag "911. Are you kidding me?" She whined getting up as Alex sighed but stood up as well "Come on, we need to change"

Aelia quickly kissed each of her siblings head as Alex did the same before the two rushed towards the locker rooms to change into scrubs

Running to the room, Alex pulled off his shirt as Aelia opened her locker grabbed both of their scrubs, they decided for moments like these it was easier to have both of their scrubs in one locker and their bags in the other ones locker "Here" She threw him his shirt before pulling her top off and throwing on hers quickly

"Bags," Alex said, opening his locker and stuffing his bag in. Aelia threw her bag at him as she toes off her sneakers and pulled down her pants quickly changing into her scrub pants "Pants" Aelia threw him his pants before putting her sneakers back on

The two slammed the lockers shut "Come on"

The other interns now dressed in their scrubs rushed off the elevator and hurried to get their trauma gowns on "I think I saw a pneumothorax. I hope I get a pneumothorax" Cristian said as they put their gowns on before looking around "Where's Alex and Aelia?"

Meredith looked at her as George tied her gown "They stayed with Elena, pretty sure they're already in there" The two nodded as Izzie rolled her eyes tying her own gown. Just then, Dr. Bailey arrived in a nice dress and heels, making George let out an "Oh"

"What are you looking at?" The older woman complained, taking off her heels "Go get me my shoes." She said handing them to George who nodded and rushed off "Where's Aelia and Alex?" Bailey asked, seeing her two favorite interns not here "Already in there. They stayed with Elena" Meredith told her

"Alright let's go" The three followed behind their resident "Stick with me and wait for your assignment. I know you get all aquiver at the sight of blood and organs, but it's gonna be a long night and you're already tired. I don't want any mistakes" Once she finished, she pushed opened the ER doors

Chaos erupted all around them

In the middle of the Chaos the four see Aelia and Alex working together on one of the burn victims before giving Addison who was with them a nod and moving to the next patient

"I'm so not tired anymore" Cristian commented as George stood next to her handing Bailey her sneakers "Me neither" He agreed looking around as Addison walked over to them with the burn victim Alex and Aelia worked on "Dr. Bailey, I've got a third trimester burn victim here, I'm gonna need some help" Addison informed and all the interns raised their hands.
