As Aelia opened her door, dressed and ready for the day, she heard noise coming from the kitchen. Checking the time she sees it's only 6, she makes her way towards the kitchen "Hey guy..." Aelia stops at the doorway seeing her siblings sitting around the table with Lip and Elena making breakfast

"Good morning Ali" Liam waved to his sister "Morning Li" She kissed his head before going to the coffee maker "What are you guys doing up so early?"

"We wanted to make you breakfast" Debbie told her from her seat at the counter "But you're not making it" Aelia said amused making Debbie shrug "Well thank you. Are we still on for family dinner tonight?" she asked grabbing the three folders from the table knowing it's the kids homework or the ones who have homework

"Yes, I made sure to tell my boss last week I was leaving early today" Elena said setting a plat in front of Aelia "There isn't any soccer, basketball or football practice today and Debbie debate practice was moved to tomorrow" Lip informed his sister sitting next to her "So, I found a job"

Aelia set her cup down looking at her brother, she knows he really wants a job and even though she wants him to focus on school she also needs to let him grow. "Alright, hit me" Lip smiled and pulled out his phone "It's part time, pays 17 an hour. I would be working the afternoon shift so from around 3 to 8 around 3 times a week" he shows her a barber shop

"What would you be doing?"

"I would be working at the front desk. I already have a plan to split my money to add into the college fund you started each of us and the other would be for my savings. If I call the shop today, I can get an interview for tomorrow. What do you say?"

Aelia sighed and looked at her brother "This is something you really want to do?"

"Yes"

"And your not just doing this because you want to help me with the kids right?"

"Yes, I want to start making my own money"

"Okay, then" Aelia nodded knowing sooner or later she needed to let him grow up. He's a junior in high school with Ian being a sophomore, they needed to get jobs for their future and while she will always be around to help if needed they needed to do things on their own "You can call and get an interview"

"Yes!" Lip high fives Ian "But!" he looks back at his sister "If I see your grades slip you quit. I want to see you walk across that stage next year. Got me?"

"Yes! Yes I got you" Lip hugged her making her laugh "I'm going to call now! Thank you!" The others smiled at Aelia "I know how hard that was for you" Elena said taking Lip seat "I'm proud"

"Thanks Elena" Aelia turned to her other siblings "Alright since that is settled, I remember I promised you two phones" Debbie and Liam sat up fast making the four laugh "Ian could you?" Ian nodded and went to his sister room grabbing the bag from her desk

"Here Ali" Aelia grabbed the bag, setting it on the floor before looking at her two youngest "Now remember these phones are not to be taken out in class unless your teacher gives you permission or one of us is calling you. I already programmed the school focus which blocks some apps during school hours, okay?"

"Okay!"

Ali reached down and grabbed two phone boxes, both are iPhone 5s "Debbie once you finish middle school I will get you a better one and Liam same goes to you with elementary school" The two snatched up their phones making quick work with the boxes. Elena laughs and helps the two open their new phones as Aelia turns to her two middle and second oldest "Don't think I forgot about you two"

She reaches down and grabs an iPad and two Apple Laptops "Carl I know your old tablet broke so I got you a new one" she slides the iPad towards her third youngest "And Ian I know you wanted your own laptop for a while so I got you one" Ian grabs one laptop with a smile
