After checking in with Sandalphon, she sent me away to speak with the other archangels to decide on what to do next.

With the time I have, it's time to brush myself up on the timeline because typically, the High School DXD canon begins in April of 2018 with the new timeline from Slashdog.

Right now, it's the beginning of March 2018, so the fallen angels should not be moving into Kuoh town for another couple of weeks.

And in the events that will be transpiring there, Issei Hyoudou will die and be reincarnated by Rias Gremory.

I should watch out for alternate-universe elements, and from my memories, things seem to line up with the usual universe other than a few key distinct differences.

Such as the fact that Gabriel who is a woman in this universe looks a lot more serious and knowledgeable in comparison to her alternate self and wears a blindfold.

When asked about it, Gabriel said she saw something that could barely be made out but said it looked glorious, and then she looked at me. She didn't say anything, but she just looked at me.

She never told us what she saw, and while that could have ramifications for the future, I need to deal with the immediate threat: the church in this universe is the worst.

From the holy sword project to the Siegfried experiments or just the tip of the iceberg, we lose more and more people to the Devils or fallen angels every day.

And honestly, I could see why people would want to be reincarnated or make deals with Devils and fallen angels, as they could learn many secrets of magic. Still, the result is an increased number of stray devils and priests.

" This cannot continue, as this reminds me of the Worm universe before I showed up," I thought to myself.

Although you could say this universe is worse because of the overabundance of mythologies and various mythological beings running around.

While worm I could control using technology, this place will be more difficult because you can't precisely check for magic with standard technology.

But I do not have just everyday technology; I have knowledge that can destroy worlds and could give beings like great red over run for his money.

I need to create my own group, one that may act as a defender, a steadfast defender of the world. While I take over Heaven from within, I will rule over a secret faction that will pull the strings around the globe.

While I respect God for his work, the state he left the world in is deplorable and requires change. I will not be blinded by the devotion of my previous memories.

I see it now. This world is surrounded by chaos and must be purged.

These comments would be a lot more epic if I had the abilities of a psyker from Warhammer, but sadly, I do not, at least not yet.

If this world requires a new God, I will become that God, and I have the perfect set of events to set that up.

I toggle my tinker of fiction ability back to weekly. While I have spent my daily charges, they will be replenished by midnight tonight.

And luckily, with each year I live, the daily charges will increase by 5.

For now, I must continue my training as I am on the verge of a breakthrough to ultimate class, in addition to the fact that I must discover the intricacies of holy magic and hopefully develop a unique ability that all high-level archangels have.
