Entry 65:

(I know that the Japanese gods were never shown in DxD, maybe in the manga but not the anime at all, so just assume that the Japanese gods are OCs as I do not want to ruffle any feathers for any behaviors they exhibit that may not seem in line with what people believe.)

Linus Ozias POV:

As we entered what I would assume is some type of public hall, we were then corralled towards a meeting room with a room lined in ornate designs.

I could feel the history here, and in that room, all of them sat down on their knees, which I then proceeded to do, which was somewhat awkward as I had not had experience sitting like this for a long duration.

But worse comes to worse; I can use my control aspect to essentially numb my legs.

The goddess Amaterasu began first, "Anakim-Kun, We know of your mission here, and while we are aware of the Fallen presence, we are unable to take action as that town is under the jurisdiction of the devils, but we are willing to allow you into the town with our express permission."

I nod, responding, "Thank you, Amaterasu Sama. I know having a foreign presence in your lands is a rather risky ploy, and I hope that I do not ruffle any feathers by being here, pun intended."

This causes some light sighs and giggles across the room. "But we were attacked during our journey here, which I assume you have heard about. Have there been any connections between the groups?"

This causes frowns to appear on some faces, with Susano bellowing out, "Bah! They are just some human magicians who attempted to kidnap a high-profile child that is nothing new, and even if they attempt to do so, I shall run them through with my blade."

Yasaka then speaks up, "The magicians come around at random intervals and do not seem very well coordinated as if they are being sent to lower our guard or distract us, yet we have found no breaks in our defenses."

I begin to ponder this as I comb through all the information I have in my mind, but it does not make sense as they are not even able to pass through the barrier without something like Dimension Lost or the Spear of Longinus.

The room continues to discuss the possibilities. I propose an idea: "If I may be so bold as to provide a solution, I may have a way to extract information from the magicians me and Lord Nurarihyon captured earlier."

This causes goddess Amaterasu to raise her eyebrow and suspicion. "And how may you propose you extract this information?"

I then pull out an injector just like the one I used on Diodora and state, "This injector holds nanotech that I have created myself that, when entering the bloodstream, grants immediate control over the body and cannot be detected by magic, so any information protection will not trigger."

The room goes quiet as a sense of dread builds as Nura asks, "And this nanotech of yours, does it have a weakness?"

Since this is the older model, it does, and only beings in the ultimate class and below are susceptible to it.

"Well, it does have two weaknesses, and that being it cannot affect being ultimate class or higher, and if this subject is given fake info, that will be seen as the truth, but all the magicians we have in custody are high class at best, and if I may be able to use this on them as I've already tested it on another subject and it has worked perfectly fine."

After a couple of minutes of deliberation, Yasaka gives me the okay with a rather terrifying smile on her face as I am reminded of the fact that these magicians have been trying to kidnap her daughter for the past couple of weeks.
