In the depths where shadows loom, A sense of stillness, like a tomb. A heart gone cold, an empty core, Where life's vibrance exists no more.
A soul entangled in despair, No strength to move, to go elsewhere. But then a light begins to gleam, A flicker there, like a haunting dream.
It's love's embrace, so warm, so pure, That finds its way, a gentle lure. With every beat, it stirs the soul, And breathes new life to make me whole.
For in this darkness, I find my guide, A reason to move, to not hide. Though weary bones may long for rest, Love's tender touch brings forth my best.
Through days when all feels cold and still, The flames of passion start to refill. With every word, every glance so dear, I feel alive when he is near.
The weight is lifted, burdens shed, As love's redemption fills my head. The world, now softer, brighter too, Because of him, I'm born anew.
So though I felt like life was gone, The strength of love did carry on. For love, like magic, pulls me through, makes life's journey easier to pursue.
And it's all because of you.
