Ash learns that the Indigo League is coming up in a few weeks. The Indigo League is what Ash has been training for almost a year now and it's revealed to be happening at the Indigo Plateau in Kanto this year. Ash, Brock and Misty learn about a press conference happening relating to the Elite Four of Kanto to get people hyped for the Pokémon league and they head to Viridian City to check out only to find that all elite four members are busy except for Bruno who Brock is very fond of. Ash trains with Bruno and Brock before the league and Team Rocket attacks but Bruno is the one to send them flying this time.
