Pokémon: The Series Rewrite:Indigo League Part 1

Episode 1: Pokémon - I Choose You! No

We are shown a battle like the opening to the game which is revealed to be being watched by a young Ash Ketchum. But then his mom makes him have to go to bed as he will be late to go get his first Pokémon which Ash dreams about that night. But then ash wakes up too late and runs over to Professor Oak's lab to run into Gary who takes Charmander. Ash then learns that their are no more Pokémon left after attempting to pick Bulbasaur. Professor Oak then gives Ash a Pikachu who is very disobdiant and Ash says goodbye to his mom but gets a map from Daisy, Gary's sister, before heading out to Viridian Forest. Ash also learns that Pikachu doesn't like to stay in its pokeball. Ash captures a wild Pidgey before it stars pouring down rain. That's when he sees Gary attacking a mysterious little Pokémon called Mew and Ash decides to stop him which leads to the two chasing after Mew. Ash steals a bike from a tomboy girl before chasing Mew where a group of Sperrow attack the Pokemon but Ash protects Mew which leads to Pikachu starting to trust him and knocking out him in Ash when stopping the sperrow's. Ash wakes up to find Pikachu weakened and rushes to take it to the Pokémon Center
