Episode 9: Charmander - The Stray Pokémon

Ash and the group visit the Nugget Bridge. Ash defeats all of the trainers only to find the person who was running the bridge has left to find his Charmander waiting for its trainer. The trio arrive at the Pokémon center to find out the owner of Charmander Damian had decided to just leave his Pokémon to die but Ash and the group save Charmander. Ash has a battle against Damian which sends him packing and Charmander joins Ash's team as the 6th team member.
