(Vanessa's POV)

I finished singing, when I heard a crash and glass shattering. I looked to see what happened. I saw that Emily drop a few glasses of wine in front of this girl and she was smirking. She had an orange dress on, too much make-up and looked a lot like Emily.

"Look at what you did" she said.

"I'm sorry, miss" Emily said picking up the shattered pieces of glass. I got off the stage and went to help her pick up the pieces of glass.

The girl leaned down and whispered, "Stay away from him if you know what's good for you."

"Yes, miss" Emily said

"Emily who is she to you?" I asked her

"She is my sister," Emily said

"What did she say?" I asked her

"To stay away from the Alpha's son," she said trying to get away

"Why?" I asked

"Because he is my mate, but she wants him to herself," she said

"So you're trying to steal Emily's mate?" I asked Emily's sister

"Why should you care?" she asked

"Because Emily is a friend of mine. I may not have known her for long but I know her well enough to call her my friend." I said

"Oh, how touching, my sister actually made a friend." She said

"Look who's talking?" I said

"Your time with her mate is up," I said. I went back to Emily.

"Hey what's your mate's name?" I asked

"Tyler Neil" she said

I took a piece of glass and sliced my hand. I took the few droplets of blood and drew a few symbols. I gave this enchanted phrase and bam. Emily was sporting a Cinderella style dress. When I say I say Cinderella style, I mean it magically appeared so it will go away at midnight. Oh well, I'll just warn her later.

"Hey Tyler," I said across the dining hall. Everybody turned to my direction to see what was happening. Then there eyes landed on Emily.

"Emily?" he asked

"Yeah" she said shyly
