"hello this is chuuya Nakahara" he said tiredly "Hello Mr.Nakahara I was calling to tell you you have been approved for testosterone hormone replacement therapy. if you can come by on Monday we can check if you have any illnesses and you can fill out the paperwork would that be alright with you sir?". the doctor told chuuya who was containing his excitement until he got off the phone "Yes of course I will be there as soon as I can you have a lovely day dr. Isha" The doctor hung up shortly after. The moment the phone hung up he hugged his older brother and cried tears of pure joy "I'm gonna be a real man Paul I really really am!". Paul hugged him back "You always have been a man you just had to realize it," paul told him while smiling. after the Monday appointment he was given a T- shot he was sorta scared of it "hey paul can you help me um- jab myself I'm really nervous" paul smiled "of course let me help". he put some gloves on, grabbed some cotton swaps with alcohol on them, prepared a bandaid, and prepared the injection. he cleaned the spot on his thigh and jabbed it in with a 90-degree angle injecting the fluid "There ya go anything else you need, champ?". chuuya shook his head looking away from the needle. "you did good bud you alright?" Paul asked while pushing the bandaid down on his newly punctured skin. chuuya smiled and nodded "Yeah I am I'm really happy it just stings and burns that's all thank you, Paul you are the best brother ever"Paul and chuuya hugged then went and talked for a while laughing and talking were heard for a while.
