Summary:

Review:
It started good, then it become so stretch. I feel it looks like indian television drama, when something happen each person got 2-3 seconds close up. Here every person got 1 paragraph of their thoughts.
A lot of fillers and feels like all characters become a bit dumb.
MC was a genius doctor, she transmigrate as cannon fodder. OFL is her older stepsister. MC has older brother, her father is a duke general. OML is the crown prince. ML is the emperor, he was poisoned and have no child or empress so he pointed his nephew as heir. OML targeted OMC at first to get OMC family support. Then he realize OFL is much smarter and liked by the family so he switched to OFL. OMC cling to OML and attempt suicide in order to become his concubine. MC transmigrate over, she stopped her family making her OML concubine.
MC family actually doted on her a lot but due to OMC personality they are not close. Once MC took over, everyone like her. The stepmother got kicked out early and forgotten. OFL who supposed to be smart and create assassin lair, become more stupid and portrayed as abusing her maids. OFL 2nd male lead who helps her also fade out.
Overtime it focus more on ML getting close to MC and have lovey dovey time. There's no conflict around 30-40 chapters, it just about ML wooed MC. Then after MC become ML fiancee, it shift back to OFL trying to sow discord and harm MC. In a banquet, MC said OFL is pregnant but she may miscarriage. Stupidly OFL directly accuse MC cursing her child but she still believe MC when MC said OFL is pregnant. MC called imperial physician, then again OFL stupidly accuse the physician in cohort with MC. It end up with OFL defeat and fake faint but MC stab her awake. I stopped reading here. Peeking chapter around 1700, it seems about MC son.
