Review:
I stopped reading because I'm not in mood reading a plain romance. The story is actually good enough. It's just lack conflict. At first I thought there will be conflict with OFL who remembered her last life. But not much scene for OFL. It's focusing more about MC and ML relation.
MC transmigrated to ancient time as daughter of a noble. Her aunt is the empress dowager. Current emperor or ML is adopted by MC aunt. MC aunt only has 1 daughter.
Previous emperor doted on concubine wei. Concubine wei has a son and daughter. The son married OFL. In 1st timeline, OMC is arrogant and bullying the emperor when they are young. Then ML fell in love with OFL in first sight during banquet. Not sure what happened with OFL husband. At the end, ML took OFL as his concubine. Then he deposed OMC and make OFL as his empress. He also disband the harem for OFL.
MC who transmigrate never got OMC memory. She knew she is in novel after 7 years. She then aim to be deposed and went back to her hometown.
MC directly told ML that she is willing to abdicate when ML find someone he loves. MC believe ML will fall in love with OFL and soon she can divorced ML.
OFL got dream about the initial plot. In dream, she keep refusing ML who chase her. OFL believe ML will directly love her. She keep trying to meet ML. But then she make ML angry because she spoke about politics affair.
MC is a foodie. She brought 3 chef with her to capital. ML also like the dishes. ML began to like MC. In the banquet where ML should fall in love with OFL, he only saw MC. I stop reading here.
