It looks really promising. I was attracted to the main plot which is a bit twist. But the ending is really rush and unsatisfying. It lacks a lot of reason and there are a lot plot hole.
MC transmigrate as ML wife. It was not explained who she was on previous life or how the original plotline is. It only focus on OMC who cheated ML with his twin younger brother.
MC transmigrate after she slept with the younger brother. I'll call him Younger ML aka YML. YML is more warm and gentle so OMC attracted to him more than to ML who is cold.
MC then tried hard to hide their relation from ML. She tried to find way to divorce ML. A lot of vague dialogs in the middle of story. MC father protest that MC never visit him. Also his nephew and niece who went to find MC and ML never went back. Their status are unknown until the end. Then MC went back to meet her father with YML. After brief meet without any purpose, YML suddenly took MC for vacation. They met a man in wheelchair with hoarse voice. He wore a mask. Then it was revealed he has the sam face as ML. But MC didn't know it.
So the truth is YML is sub personality of ML. It was started by ML twin. ML twin got into accident, he lost his leg to save his father. ML father is vegetative. ML mother doted on the younger brother so she support him even if he played with ML. ML also has younger sister, she knows everything but help to cover it from ML. ML never realized that he was used by his twin. The reason why ML brother hate him or why and how he stimulate the sub personality is unknown. Also why the sub personality sided with the twin is also unclear. The biggest why is why ML love MC. It seems their marriage is for convenience it's also unclear how they get married or met.
Then YML just obsessed with MC. ML also treat MC better just because she is his wife. With a lot of unclear interaction, MC and YML got closer. Then ML realized he was used, he prepared to trap the sub personality.
MC plan to use YML to divorce ML. She beg him to pose as ML. When they are about to divorce, YML realize he was set up by ML. He arranged MC to leave. MC and YML cheating was expose to media.
MC on the run, avoiding media. She settled in village after she know she is pregnant. MC real family find her. Her family has adopted daughter which turn out MC adopted father's daughter. MC went back to her real family. ML younger sister has blind date with MC brother. ML found MC again. MC tried to hide from him. ML told MC family the truth, he also had press conference to clear up MC name.
The family decide to hide it from MC because they are afraid MC will be taken by ML. Then MC who got frightened, run away.
MC was found by ML twin. He tried to take away MC and cause her miscarriage but ML prevent him. Then he just said his twin is sent abroad and won't bother her again. Why not do it from the starts.
Suddenly ML father wake up. ML mother was skipped, she just never appear. MC gave birth to twin, son and daughter. The ending after MC gave birth, YML came back.
