Growing up, Athalia spent a lot of her time either alone, with her siblings, or with her dear mother. Frigga was the best person Athalia loved to spend time with. Whether she was just teaching the young witch more about her magic, walking around the grounds of the castle, or reading a book to her daughter after a poor day.

Frigga's voice, her presence, and her being were a big comfort to the princess. Having her there as she grew up. Even after learning the truth, that she was not, in fact, her real daughter nor was she her real mother, Athalia continued to love her just the same, as she did her. If it was not by blood, Frigga would always be Athalia's mother through the memories they shared together.

The two women had a relationship that was similar to Thor and Odin's but with more love and emotions. It was more real. Odin was always proud of his firstborn son. His heir. He always wanted him to be the best and Thor always wanted to be like his father. Thor would do anything to make his father proud, sometimes his idea would fail. Anyone of the children could always go to Frigga in a moment of need. When they sought comfort in the warm arms of their mother.

Now Athalia walked around the ground of the castle, her arm hocked around her mother's as they enjoyed the fresh air of Asgard. After their conversation with their father, Thor had taken Jane to show her Asgard, while Athalia appreciated the company Frigga had to offer.

"They're upset," Frigga spoke, her voice soft as her free hand gently stroked the flower petals. Athalia knew from the look in her eye that she was talking about Loki.

The illusion of the queen, standing in Loki's cell in the dungeons had been whipped from the world as the youngest prince reached out to her hand, the ones she held out to him. The moment his finger touched the palm of her hand, she slowly faded away and Frigga watched the heartbroken, look on her son's face.

Athalia hummed, biting her lip. "I would be too, if I was treated like the monster I was meant to be." She mumbled, fixing the trail of fabric flowing behind her. "Locked away in the dungeons with only other pensioners to keep me from going insane. Not that their actions weren't worthy enough of the banishment, the people of earth did not deserve the mischief and damage which was caused by my twin."

The two women stopped walking. The Queen reached for her daughter's hands, the cold metal of her rings rubbing against her fingers. Figga's hand extended to Athalia's face brushing a strand of hair away from her face, out of her eyes. She smiled at the black-haired girl, tilting her head to the side as her hand rested on her cheek.

"My beautiful daughter. Loki may be your twin but his actions do not speak for you, nor does Thor's, nor Odin's. It was Loki's actions that put him where he is. But the two of you are no monster. You are our daughter, Athalia, and we are your family." She spoke, her voice smooth like honey.

"I feel like you may be the only person in the universe that thinks that mother. I fear that if the people of Earth find word that Loki and I are twins..." Athalia spoke, looking down at her mother's hands that still held hers. "-they'll want me dead and call me evil, or psychotic just as they did Loki. I'll be in Thor's shadow once again and he'll be named a hero once again."

"Then you need to show not just earth, but the universe, that you are more than just Loki's twin and you are worthy enough to have your own spotlight rather than sharing Thor's." Frigga smiled again, linking her arms with Athlaia's again.

"What do you think of Jane Foster?" The Queen asked the princess, completely changing from the topic prior. Athalia glanced over at her mother before turning her attention to the pavement in front of them.

"Well, I can't really judge her character all that much as I haven't gotten to know her as well as Thor seem to." Athalia started, "However, based on how brother has changed upon being here I can positively say that she makes him very happy. She's very smart and brave. He cares about her, she cares about him. She's made a name for herself back on earth."

"I don't know about you, but I've been dying to meet the woman who's stolen my son's heart," Frigga said. Athalia smirked to herself as she noticed the mortal woman and the god of thunder, holding one another's hands by the waterfront.

"I don't think you have to wait long, Mother," Athalia said, leading her over to the couple.

"-My father doesn't know everything..." Thor said, holding Jane's gaze.

"Don't let him hear you say that," Friga spoke up, grabbing their attention. The Queen smiled at the mortal woman who almost had a look of shock on her face. Still holding her hands Thor led the brunette woman over to his mother.

"Jane Foster... Please meet Frigga, Queen of Asgard, and my mother." Jane ripped her hands away from Athalia's brother's hold, taking a step away from the man she'd just kissed.

The girl looked nervous, whipping her sweaty hands against the dress she'd been given. Jane nodded her head at the two royal women in front of her. Athalia smirked at the idea of Jane being nervous to meet the sweetest being to ever walk the universe, however, she didn't think Jane would know that.

"Hi,"

Loki listened to the chaos echoing through the dungeons. He stood from his bed, getting close to the yellow magic wall of his cell. All the guards came running in, he could hear their footsteps bouncing off the walls.

Before they could arrive, a member of the Marauders, a dark elf-like creature walked around freely, stopping when his eyes found the prince of Asgard. The two stood on opposite sides of the magic wall, not saying a word. They just stared at each other.

As the creature was about to walk away, Loki stopped him. "You might want to take the stairs to the left."
