"I think they grew up together." Liz told us as Atticus backed her up, "Yep. He grew up with us and stole one of Alexis's prized possessions that our mother gave her, a red cloth that she cherished. He's a jerk." Liz scooted away from Atticus and closer to me, "Finally something I can agree with." Luckily Alexis didn't lose and got back the cloth that her mom passed down, "Don't let the door hit you on the way out, jerk!" Liz shouted while huffing after because Atticus once again got too close to her, "What? Can't a guy try anyway?" She glared at him then moved even farther away, "Nope. I prefer my Jaden to you, Atticus!" He grumbled about how all the dopey guys get the luck with the girls, then went to class the next day to watch her as she did alchemy with Crowler, who failed royally when he tried to do an experiment. "Maybe we should've tried to use that symbol instead?" He shrugged while telling everyone to go see Shepperd, "He didn't get sucked into the shadows, chances are he's been double timing us the whole time." 

Liz gave Syrus and Chumley some food she made as a snack for later, "We should find him, but only because we need to figure out what happened to the spirit key he had." She looked through his stuff along with the others, then told them as she saw the paper, "That's the mark of Amnael." She told them, "That means the seventh shadow rider is the duel alchemist Amnael."

I shot up after taking a nap, when I heard a voice similar to Banner's but more...distorted and having a stronger dark aura, "What happened? Are you okay?!" Jaden ran inside as did Chazz and Syrus, "I'm fine, but we need to save Alexis.." I groaned while sitting up due to the side I slept on, "She battled Amnael and now she's been captured into his book." They ran with me into the forest as I had my duel disk ready, running straight into a cloud of darkness as the guys followed me, "Give me back my friends, Amnael!" He smirked while readying his duel disk, "You will give me the sixth key, Lisetta." I growled lowly, while drawing on my turn and summoning Dragon Princess of Ice in defense position, "I play three face down cards and end my turn!" He smirked, while summoning one of his powerful alchemy dragons to fight me, but when he attacked Dragon Princess it was a trap. "I activate my trap card, Revenge of the Kingdom!" Six random cards shot into my hand from my deck as it re-shuffled, "Now I can fusion summon my ace, Sentratio the Luster Dragon of Origin!!" 

I shouted as he screamed in terror when his life points hit a hundred, "Go, Provenance Supernova!!" He tried to activate a trap card to destroy Sentratio, but it didn't work when I activated one of my face downs, "Go, Timestream Burst! Destroy his trap and all of his face downs!" He shouted in anger as I played my second face down, "With this, I end this duel! Go my spell card, Universe Squash!" It took out his remaining life points as he fell to the ground, coughing while his body crumbled and Jaden talked to him, Pharaoh eating his spirit, and hopping into my arms. "Don't worry, Lyman. We're ready to stop them." He smiled while vanishing but told me one last thing, "Take care of Pharaoh for me." I sighed with an exasperated look no doubt on my face, "Great, now I have a cat." Going back to the dorm, I tried to read a book and fill in my diary but I was so worn out that I think I fell asleep with my head on Jaden's shoulder.

[Next Morning]

"....Huh?...." My eyes opened as I saw Chazz right above me, "Chazz?" He backed away quickly as he clenched something in his hand, making me wake up as I felt around my neck and realized I didn't have my spirit key. "Chazz get back here!!" I shot up and chased after him as he ran towards Atticus who smirked when he saw me, "And here I thought today couldn't get any better." I sent him a death stare as I told them, "Give me back my spirit key, now." I was the only one who retained a key after the incident with them ended, and Chancellor Shepperd had the rest. "No, I'm in love with Alexis and I want to duel her!" He shouted as I rolled my eyes as Atticus's explanation of what romance was, "You know, I'd tackle him if necessary so I've got no qualms about Zane's suggestion." My face lit up as I told them, "Better yet, I'll contact a duel spirit and have it kick both of their asses." Chazz flinched at my suggestion but Alexis was all for it, wining the duel with ease and trying to give me my spirit key back until they activated.
