"Jay, where are we?" My question made him respond, "I don't know weren't we just at school for our graduation ceremony?" My eyes nearly teared up when I saw who it was in front of me, "Dad?" A younger version of my dad had turned to face me, "Sorry, I'm too young to be a dad but who are you?" Showing him my Spear Dragon, that he modified for me along with Jay who showed his Winged Kuriboh. I had told him, "You gave us these cards." He looked at them then at me, "Well, you seem oddly familiar for some reason." He inspected the cards closer, "And your cards feel like I'm part of them somehow." He smiled, "How about this, you two? I'll duel you." He activated his duel disk which made me chuckle, 'Classic dad move, according to mom that is.' My own duel disk activated along with Jay's, and we placed our decks in them.

"Let's duel." Summoning my aces right off the bat with Jay, we were plenty prepared to face my dad's younger self, and my great honorary uncle: Pharaoh Atem. "Let's go, attack with Triple Gem Flare!!!" He smiled while calling it a great move then attacked with Slifer, after Jaden took out Obelisk with Neos. "I summon Paithamos, the Immortal Demoness of the Trinity!!" Yami Yugi shouted as he ended his turn with a face down, which forced our hand to combine our efforts again as a couple. "Now go, Contact Fusion!" We both shouted, while fusing Neos into his special form that both of us hardly ever used, "Elemental Hero Neo-Luster Guardian!!" A draconoid version of Neos with the space like style and dragon wings spawning on the field, "Attack Slifer with Triple Spacial Burst!!"

"You know, I'm kind of glad we dueled. That was fun and you in particular seem oddly familiar." Atem while in control of Yugi's body had leaned in to look at me, "Um...I tend to get that a lot!" Waving my hand he smiled, "Well if you say so." He suddenly pat me on the head after Jaden returned to our time first, "You're Tia's daughter, right?" My face turned red, "How...?" He chuckled, "You have similar eyes and hair to her but what matches you to her most is that you have traces of her energy left in you." He gazed at me with a smile, "I'm happy that Yugi kept his promise to me, and treated her well." Hugging Atem tightly while he was in Dad's body, he was taken aback by the action, "I'm happy that I got to meet the honorary uncle who passed on in my time before I could meet him." His eyes flashed with realization as he started to understand what I meant, "Also, my mom is still alive dork." He sighed while letting go of me and starting to switch back with Yugi, as I saw my body start to fade and return to my time where Jaden was waiting for me, "I'm happy then, that she listened to me and found her happiness."

He threw his hand in a thumbs up toward me while turning with his back facing me, "Find your happiness too, Lisetta Iblis. Because you should, not because I said to."

"Did you two enjoy my graduation present?" Yugi asked us as Liz smiled at her dad, "Yeah, but man is Atem one peculiar character." He pat her head, "Yes, he was but he was also one of my closest friends. And I'm sure he was happy to know that Tia and I had you." She grimaced, "You know it works when Atem says it, but when you say it, it's corny as hell dad." I chuckled at their familial interaction, since while she never did reveal much about Yugi to me out of respect for his privacy, she did have much love and respect in her tone whenever she mentioned him. "Now both of you crazy kids get on out of here, I have to go see your mother because you're going to be an older sister Lisetta." Her face now held shock, "Wait what?!" Yugi left before she could question him further, making me pick her up with my bag on my back and haul her away from the island, taking Pharaoh with me so Banner would terrorize any new Slifer freshman.

[Days Later]

"Wait, why did you come here Pharaoh?" She picked the cat up, as I read the letter he had with all of our friends signatures, "Which way?" I asked as I saw that Liz was far ahead of me while I chatted with Banner, "Hurry up or I'll leave you behind, Jay!!" A smile found it's way on my face again, "Not on my watch you won't!" Chasing after her, she laughed with a bright smile on her face while somehow staying ahead of me, "Jay, I love you - y'know that?" My face turned red as she tried to distract me from catching up, swooping in on her and scooping her up in a hug hold, "And did you know that even though I love you, those tricks won't stop me from always catching again?" She kissed me on the lips, "I know, but it's always worth the effort for me to try, because I...will never doubt that you'll catch up."
