EYAH'S POV

"Oh My God! Nagdinner ka kasama ang parents ni–" Agad kong tinakpan ang bunganga ni Trix.

"Can you be more discreet? You're too loud."

"Did I miss something?" It's Nev, who just arrived and she sit beside me.

Nandito kasi kami sa cafeteria at kumakain ng lunch. Hindi ko din alam bakit nandito si Nev dahil sa pagkakaalam ko lagi niyang kasama sila Zel kapag lunch.

"You did! You missed me." Pang aasar ni Trix dito pero napangiwi lang si Nev na kala mo nandidiri.

"So as I was saying, nag stay kami dito hanggang eight last night and then I drove her home–"

"You drove her home?! The Zel I know?" Hindi makapaniwalang sabi ni Nev.

"It's not what you think it is. I'm still slowly taking the ladder. In fact, I don't know if I have made any progress."

"What happened next?"

"We were talking in the car when nanay Linda approached us and just like that I ate with her family."

"What did you talk about?"

"It wasn't really talking," I paused and looked at them. "It was more like bickering."

"You're crazy by doing that. Mukhang matatagalan ka sa plano mo." Umiiling na sabi ni Trix

"She's is right, Eyah. I know you hate each other but you must at least try not to fight with her. Patience is the key. Don't let your temper control you and clash with her opinions. You're the one who needs something. You need her. Take a hole of yourself." Nev said seriously

"I can't believe that I'm doing something like this. Winning someone over. That's too childish but I still have to."

We immediately turned our heads to the direction when we heard screams and cheers from the students. And there we found Zella standing in front of Kiko who was kneeling before her with a bouquet of roses in one of his hands.

"Wahhhh! Kiko is making Zella her girlfriend!"

"Bagay sila!"

"Ang swerte ni Zella dahil sa ginawa ni Kiko."

"They're cute."

"Kiko sa akin ka nalang!"

"Why Zella? She is a difficult one. Will Kiko be able to get her yes?"

Kiko is came from the family of doctors. They own plenty of hospitals. He's a rich pero walang binatbat ang pagiging rich niya kay Zella. Mas mayaman kasi si Zella kumpara sa pamilya nila Kiko.

Singh iyan, eh.

"He has been making a move on Zel since she study here. I think it is only now that he's got the courage to ask Zel boldly like this." Rinig kong sabi ni Nev

I clench my fist dahil sa nakikita at sa mga students na nagchecheer sa kanila. Kapag nag yes siya mas mahihirapan akong kunin siya. Sigurado akong nasa tabi na niya lagi si Kiko nun at mahihirapan akong lumapit sa kanya.

"Zella, in everything I do, I see you. When I close my eyes, I think about you. My heart belongs to you alone and it is only you that will have it forever." Kiko said which made the whole cafeteria explode with students' screaming voices and giggles.
