There are no other houses next to the one Danny and Jen will be staying in. It feels like it's a new house built from the complete ground up. But when Jen was looking for houses, one of the staff members have recommended that house. Saying that this house is something that her and her brother can get comfortable in. At first, Jen was skeptical when she first saw the house from the image as if it was something she has never seen before. And the fact that she decided to look into other houses. But the problem with the other houses that gained her interest was that it was already sold out, by the time she found one in Red City, it would have been sold. She decided to ask for more details about the house one of the staff members recommended to her. Everything on what she wants to hear, what she wants in this house and what facilities this place has. Besides, the house itself looks completely brand new. The house is enough to fit a family of 5 inside. But the price was cheap. Affordable enough to give this one a shot.
Jen parks her car in front of the house after using a remote that opens the front gate. The front gate allows Danny and Jen to go to their house. It would also ensure that no one will be able to sneak past their house. This was the only parking space she could use to park her car. Before she drove to Red City with Danny, she knew there wouldn't be a garage and that the only parking space available is the front entrance. As long as she doesn't park too close to the front door.
Danny opens the door from his side, doing his habit of observing everything once they arrive. Something that's bothering Jen a bit. Because this is something he is known for doing. He even did it again when he arrived to Johnny.
Looking at the house in big detail, amazed at the design of its outdoor look, knowing this is way different but way better than the old house they used to live in. He could thank Jen for doing this but it feels all new to him. He's trying to take it in.
"Hey, Danny... you alright?" As well as laughing at his facial expressions and body language. His mouth is wide open, showing shock and amazement over what he's looking at.
"Danny, little bro come on, snap out of it. Yes we're here and you're amazed but let's go inside the house and help me with all the stuff we struggled to put in the car last night." Danny snapped out of the trance and looking at his sister quickly, even giving short breathing.
"Oh that, yeah, yeah, sure." Jen gives him a small smile.
"You blown away by this beautiful piece of art huh..." Danny is speechless over the house. The only thing he could say was that he'll go inside the house so that all of their equipment will be put in the house.
With Danny out of the trance, they both walk into the front door. Before they went to Johnny, Jen had to go to the solicitors office to meet up with them in order to get the house keys for the house. They couldn't give it to her in advance if she didn't buy them, it had to be bought for her to have access to the house's keys. And the house itself. Jen was annoyed about it but what choice did she have to get it if she wants to study into Moon University.
Jen inserted the key onto the lock, twisting it to the right and the door opens. Looking inside is an empty ground room hallway. It's completely cleaned, no dusts or cob webs. Seems like someone cleaned the house before they got in.
Danny was starting to have curiosity on what he's looking at right now. "Jen, is it me or does it already feel off a bit about this house?" Jen looked at him with some confusion.
"I don't know what you mean by that Danny."
"Well you're the one who bought the house so did you like... ask the solicitors who used to live in this house before us?" Jen understood what he asked and she knew that Danny isn't feeling good about this.
