"Ahh, you know what, you're not bad after all." The guy appreciates it as they're both looking at the stars. The stars are really bright and shiny. They're both laying next to a statue that represents the creator of Red City.

This statue was created 6 years ago as a way to honour the man who turn the city into what it is now and with that, this guy was able to create a legacy, a legacy that would span a lifetime.

"Oh yeah, I didn't even ask for your name." He laughs back.

"I get you. I get why you didn't want to ask me for my name. My name is actually Tom." "Tom. Is it like Thomas for short?" He laughs at that, finding it funny. Danny also laughs too as the conversation between those two continue getting more and more funnier than serious. A conversation that mostly becomes funny are usually the one that brings people together even closer.

"Nah. My name isn't really Thomas. It's just Tom. That's all you're gonna get."

"Alright I won't keep going further with that." They both continue looking at the stars. One of the stars moved. Noticing this, they both talk about it. Thinking that having a moving star means that it's time to make a wish. A wish that would actually be one of a lifetime. Danny doesn't really say his wish, because there's nothing to actually wish for. He has a sister with him and that's all thatmatters. With that, he asks Tom on what he really wishes.

Tom hesitates. He doesn't know what to say. He keeps quiet. Danny notices it. "Tom, are you okay? Seems like you don't know what to wish for. Or is it something you're comfortable in saying to me."

"It's... it's just that. I've been living in Red City my whole life. It was the one place I was born in. Then me and my family was forced out. We weren't allowed to live in our home anymore. Because the problem is, the house was given by some fucking rich family who chose this house and the solicitors agreed to them because they gave them more money than we had." Danny becomes shocked about it.

"What happened after that?" Tom doesn't say anything for a bit. It's really hard for him to say it. Stops for a bit before regaining his composure.

"We had to pack up. My parents argued and fought with the solicitors about this decision but they chose to stay with what those fuckers gave them. With that, we chose to live in a much smaller home. A home that we struggled to stay in. It was full of rats, bugs and bees." And he stops. Doesn't want to keep going, doesn't want to add anything further to what he has said. A tear starts coming out of his eyes. Danny immediately notices it, and gives him comfort.

"The only wish I would rather have is a home. A home that me and my parents can stay in. And to also have friends as well. Everyone found me weird which I guess you were also feeling about me." Danny doesn't really want to be honest about that. Not wanting to hurt his feelings but it's better to tell Tom that he was weird. But weird in a better way. Because in his heart, he's actually a good person. A person who was willing to make sure that nothing bad happens to people.

"Tom, it's okay. You're not alone anymore. In fact, when I first came to Red City, it was just me and my city. No one else. But you know what, sometimes it's better to get used to this city. There's a lot of things we can do and you showed me what Red City is really capable of so thank you Tom." Tom smiles, happy that someone has said that to him before.

"And thank you as well Danny for being my friend." They both give each other a hug. A tight hug. Tight to show that Tom really means it. Not wanting to let go of Danny for a bit.

Danny lets go now, admitting that it's starting to become way too tight. He agrees and lets go. They both lay down again and look at the stars. The bright, white stars. Some that stays in the dark, some that continues to move around to encourage people to make a wish.
Danny looks at his phone. A message from Jen:

Hey Danny, hope you're enjoying you're first day here. I won't be home for a while as I will be studying with Gary for the night. Hope you make it home safely. Love you.

Looking at the time, it's late. The length between getting back to the city centre to his home is going to be really long. Danny had a great time there but it's late. He wants to get back home so that he can relax and have a good night sleep before tomorrow. Jen doesn't really have another day of school for her university tomorrow so this time she will pick him up from there.

"Tom listen, it has been a great time but I need to go home now." Tom looks. He doesn't seem happy that Danny will be leaving after being with him for a while.

"Now. Like now now."

"Yes Tom. It's really late and I'm really tired after having school lessons and also for you bringing me around the city centre. It was really fun but now I need to rest." Tom lays down for a bit, being silent from Danny, not wanting to say anything as he wants to think of how he should respond to what Danny has said to him.

"Okay, sure. I guess I also have to be back home with my parents."

"Thanks man." He gets up, as well as Tom and they both walk to the bus stop.

The bus number will be the same number they both used to get to the city centre, as well as getting him back home. The bus stop will be located on the other side of the road which will allow Danny to get back home and go back the way they came.

They make it to the bus stop. The bus will be there in a few minutes. They both wait. Danny gets his phone out, looking at his social media to see what's been going on there. As he looks, his sister posted something on Instagram. Taking a look, it's Gary with her as it can be told they're both in the library, doing their studies, as well as talking and getting to know each other. Danny smiles, thinking that those two are having a good night together. When Danny first met Gary in the diner, he actually likes him, finding him to be really nice and funny. He even thinks he's a perfect match for Jen.

"So I'll see you tomorrow." Just as the bus arrives to stop at the bus stop. Danny puts his hand out to let the bus driver know that he's going to be there.

"Yeah... I'll see you in school tomorrow mate." Danny smiles. Tom wants to give him another hug but decides not to go through with it. The bus stops and Danny goes inside as Tom watches. He puts his hand in a clenched fist. Something about him, trying to hold his emotions together.

Danny goes upstairs. The bus has two floors inside with the same seats. Danny likes sitting at the top of the bus as it allows him to look at the view very high. The bus closes and leaves.

Tom looks, and walks away. As he walks away, some tears starts to come out of his eyes. Trying to fight it. Not wanting it to hurt him any further.
