Today it was our graduation day, a month had passed since mom, dad and Curtis told me everything. A month had passed since I found out who my real parents are. Before I learned who my real parents were, I was sure to go to college after my senior year. Maybe work at one of the farms, or work as a nurse. But finding out the truth about who I really am, I am no longer sure of anything. Well, I'm sure about one thing, I am the princess, and someday I will be the Queen of Inicio.
Phoebe sat next to Jupiter, I sat between Jupiter and Tristan. Rowan, Dorian, and Ewald sat behind us. Ivy sat in front, Lucian, her mate, sat next to her. It wasn't official yet since Ivy wasn't 18 yet, Lucian had promised her parents to wait. I was happy for them.
He would leave for college with Ivy, although he was only going to try college. If he didn't like it, he would go back home, and his father would start training him as the future Gamma. He was trying college mostly because he wanted to be close to Ivy.
Phoebe and Ewald were friends, and I'm not sure but I think Phoebe passed her crush with him after she saw him kiss someone else. She was devastated, seeing her like that I even skipped a day of school for the first time in my life. After a day of crying, eating ice cream and listening to sad songs she stood back up and treated him as a friend. More like a distant friend. He was hurt when he got such a cold treatment. Jupiter was happy to explain to him why Phoebe reacted like that. Ever since he was quiet, more serious and he studied a lot. During our finals he practically lived with us, and we studied together. Mom and dad liked him very much. I slept during that period in my old room with Lina and Tygo while he stayed in my room.
After graduation Ewald was going to move to Issoire and would start the Issoire training, to become a part of the Kings warriors. All students that passed the PE level 3 class got a chance to start the Issoire training, to become a part of the Kings warriors. We had two years to start the training, giving us time to do other things first.
Phoebe, Ivy, Jupiter, and Tristan were leaving for college in August. Ivy wanted to become a math teacher. Phoebe didn't know yet what she wanted, that's why she was starting a general year.
Rowan and Dorian were planning on following Ewald till they heard my plan. I hadn't told them yet about who I really am. And the coming year felt for me like it would be my last year of freedom. I knew that next year, once I turned 18, I needed to take on my responsibilities. Take my rightful place next to the King and Queen. College would be something I would follow from home. And why go to college if my future was already set? I would be the next Queen, it is that simple. Everything I wanted to know I could look up and study myself. I'm sure that Curtis would help me, he already told me about the library at the palace.
I always dreamt about visiting the other territories so that's what I was going to do starting in August. I think I gave mom and dad a heart-attack when I told them what I wanted to do. 2 days later after I told them, Rowan and Dorian told me that they wanted to come with me, dropping their plans to join Ewald. I think that dad asked them to come with me. We would start with Kongary, followed by Eldrands, Vandronia, Gallego (only for 6 weeks), Sakaris and in August next year we would arrive in Issoire. We would spend around 10 weeks in every territory except for Gallego because that was home. I would use that month to see my family.
