We just passed the lighthouse when we entered the deck, and the crew was yelling orders at each other. In an hour we would enter the harbor, we could already see the land in the distance. We leaned against the railing and watched the activity around us. "Look there, dolphins," Dorian pointed to the sea. And sure, a group of 12 maybe more dolphins greeted us.
"Same question as always Fay. What can you tell us about Vandronia?" Rowan asked after the dolphins left us.
"Vandronia is the territory of Alpha Valerio, who is the third brother and his mate Luna Camille, who is a witch. They have 4 children, 2 girls and two boys. Frey, the youngest and Blake are the boys. Blake is one year younger than me. They have two girls Asper, the oldest and Jamie Lynn. Asper is a year older as me."
"Is Asper taking over from her father?" Dorian asked.
"I'm not sure, from what Tristan told me I think she wants to, but Valerio wants his son to be the next Alpha. She is graduating high school this year."
"Maybe someone can change his mind about that," Rowan bumped my shoulder.
"I'm not going to interfere with that Rowan, it's not my place to__"
"Of course, it is Amira," he whispered back.
"Anyway, we will see, maybe Blake is a better fit to be the next Alpha. Now the land. They mostly produce cotton for the world. But like all the territories they produce corn, soybeans, and wheat too. And most importantly, they have a smaller medical center than Eldrands but it is the most important one."

"Because every person's blood that is tested is done there. And I hope that I can get a tour of the center. I want to know how they test our blood. Do they use wolfsbane, foxglove and Vervain? Or do they extract it from our DNA?"
"Maybe it's both, because they found out that I have my vampire gene from my great-grandfather."
I hummed "they have probably a huge database from everyone's DNA. In a way it's a bit controlling, because everyone needs to do the blood test to find out his dominant gene to help you to control it better, to improve your talents and so on but at the same time they do have everyone's DNA in a database. You heard the principal; no exceptions are given, unless approved by the Alpha."
