'I love you Nixon' Fay says.

I hum 'I love you too.' I pull her closer, my fingers brushing over her naked skin. She giggles 'that tickles Nix. Why is it so hot in here?'

I snap my eyes open and look down at Fay, her eyes are still closed. Was I dreaming?

'No silly, I'm here.'  Fay answers but her body remains still.

'You're mind linking me?' I ask.

'You marked me, of course we are mind linking.'

I pull her closer and kiss her lips 'I'm so happy to hear your voice.'

'What happened? How long was I out?'

'Fay, you are still out. We are mind linking but your body is still__ asleep?'

'Oh' she stays quiet, and I roll her on her back. I look at my mark, it was healing.

'Your neck is finally healing. Do you feel this?' I ask and kiss her on my the mark.

'Yes, Nixon I feel that' she giggles.

'I was so worried about you.'

'I know Nixon, I couldn't react, but I felt your presence. Sometimes I heard things.'

The door was thrown open and Jupiter and Syringa walked in "are you naked? How is she?" Jupiter asked.

"Sorry Nixon, we waited as long as possible." Syringa says not looking sorry at all.

"It's alright. Come and look at her neck." I say and roll Fay on her right side so they could see her left side.

"Oh, it's healing! Finally." Syringa lets out a deep content sigh.

"It is, and I even have better news. We can mind link with each other."

"You can? You talked to her?" Jupiter says. "What did she say?"

"That's between them Jupiter. Are you staying with her today?" Syringa ask.

"Yes"

She nods and kisses Fay on her head "I'll let someone bring breakfast up."
