I march out of my cabin and find her excitedly talking in phone. For a minute I just stare at her child-like excitement as she talked because she looked damn cute and adorable with those big eyes and grin and just being so happy!
"Abhi! I'm so happy for you" She squeals and an unknown smile tugs at my lips.
"Ofcourse, yeh bhi koi bolne wali baat hai.. even you haven't had called I would have gatecrashed all the functions and uncle aunty would have been my side for that" She beams and I couldn't help shake my head chuckling.
I lean forward keeping my hands on her desk and she looks at me. Instead of disconnecting, she ignores me and goes on talking... what the hell?
I clear my throat and she looks at me to only palm the mic on the mobile and hush to me "Hold your pants up, this call is important" and goes back to chattering about the outfits and every detail of their meeting.
I shake my head and go back to my cabin. I've never hated Abhimanyu more. I go back to work and dwell into back to back meetings until evening.
Priya comes into my cabin with a big smile "I'm leaving"
I get up buttoning my coat "Aren't you becoming too free?"
She bites her lip "Sorry.. I-"
"Arey relax! I was just kidding" I chuckle pulling her in my arms while she rested her hands on my shoulders.
"Not now... we have to leave and get ready for the function"
"One kiss isn't harmful" I wink and press my lips on hers, not kissing but almost eating her lips.
Gosh! I didn't know I missed them this much until now.
She breaks apart making me groan and hold the back of her head but she interrupted "Ram! I don't think we'll end up at the function if we continue this"
I make a face "I missed these lips... I need them" I try to lean in but she doesn't let me kiss her.
"Hold on! We kissed in the noon.."
"So? I missed kissing them" I shrug and she chuckles coming out of my arms after lightly pushing me.
"You're impossible! I'm leaving"
"I'll drop you" I say as I match her pace walking out of the office.
She takes a few steps back and I stop frowning "What?"
"You're the boss! I just can't be free with you infront of everyone" She says in a hushed voice.
I look around and find people working while some looking at our side. I give a slight nod and start walking while she follows me behind.
Once we reach near the car, I open the door for her and she sighs before getting in.
I smile and jog to the driver's seat and pull out the car to the road.
"What are you wearing tonight?" I ask and she looks up at me from her phone. Her phone!😫
"By the way, aren't you using too much of your phone today?" I taunt and she side eyes me.
